• Cherie (4/5): I wont stay here again. - Access to property. Lack of security. No supply of tea/coffee, sugar and milk. Airconditioning in lounge did not work. Main bed in lounge room. Accomodation needs refurbishment as old and dated.

• Lloyd (1/5): Disgusting, should not be allowed for public to stay. - Washing machine Health hazard, VERY run down, sheets not washed from previous people, very poor shower head, poor flow of water, back garden to wash line very over grown and was line all broken with couple of pegs, no clothes rak in house, no toiletries, cock roaches in kitchen, large hole in bathroom ceiling, all mould round shower, mattress were disgraceful, pillows were very dirty. Booked 2 nights , only stayed one, took 3 hours to get into the property, owner would not respond to his phone. Have taken photos of the property.

• Menindee (8/5): Very good - It was a nice spot, central for the work I was doing, reminded me of inner western Sydney. Has a really nice outlook out to the east of Perth Hills. Could really do with a table and chairs out there. The lawns were not mowed, and the water pressure in the shower could be better... for the price it needs a little bit of a facelift.

• Nurain (10/5): A memorable first time in Perth 2 in - The location, cleanliness and customer service. It is more of a suggestion. Perhaps you could consider providing ironing facilities.
• Ngatote (4/5): Wasn’t worth the price, but if your looking for a quick stay in an area that’s close to the shops and city then it’s per - That it was close to essential shops. Linen hadn’t been changed from the previous occupants. Bathrooms looks nice and up to date but the shower didn’t smell to good. Aircon wasn’t efficient enough, got ice build up due to no maintenance on cleaning. Lawns was over grown and there was a mattress around the back outside on the lawn.

• Kim (7/5): Not much I can complain about for the price, met my expectations & grateful I recieved my bond back - Value for money is most definitely the biggest thing when booking this property. Met my expectations, nice to have a whole property to ourselves for the price. Also got our full bond back which is good. Not many cutlery and dishes. Had to purchase our own glass cups cause there were no cups, only mugs. Also only one bowl. Dining table is also very small.

• Rahniesha (4/5): Was okay but wasn’t worth the money, wouldn’t recommend unless improvments are made - The travel to the tafe was a short distance General shops are close The big shopping centre is only 5kms away Wasn’t cleaned correctly for the price of the stay, owner was hard to reach, main bed only had a mattress topper on it as the main mattress. Accommodation is 100m from a main highway and would be noisy, no access to the back yard or washing line. Wanting to call the owner it gives you a Malaysian number to contact, wasn’t given the code to access accommodation so had to repeatedly try calling owner to wait 45minutes to get inside after an 8 hour drive

• Cathy (8/5): Very good - Good location, nice and compact. Clean and tidy. Easy to access Had issues with a couple of items but managed to use alternative. Neighbours were a bit loud on some occasions
• Gnomes (8/5): Very good - It was fairly priced and it was great to have a whole house. We slept in on the day we were supposed to leave. And the cleaners dealt with that well. They did take 20$ of the bond off of us because of it, but other than that it was good

• Eric (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient to shopping malls and transport including other amenities. Need to improve on overall outside compound cleanliness front and back of the property. Inside was ok average as per room standard. Iam sure they will improve with time.
