bradley (8/5): - The amenities were well thought out, the property is modern, quiet and very clean. there was a power cut and water shortage during the bush fires and the house had everything to facilitate me in the interum. Tanya was very helpful and went over the call of duty to be of service No issues

Jürgen (9/5): Schnuckelig Wohlfühl Häuschen inmitten von Tieren und Natur - Niedliches kleines Häuschen in der Natur. Sehr gut ausgestattet und außerordentlich sauber. Schöner Ausblick auf Wiesen. Zum Wohlfühlen. Schwer zu finden. Das Schild an der Straße zu klein und leicht zu übersehen. Die Lage auf dem Hügel eine Kletterpartie mit Gepäck. Hinweis wäre nicht schlecht.

Gabby (10/5): Relaxing, inviting, cozy! - The property is setup so well with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. It’s honestly so beautiful,clean, comfortable and cozy! Also huge thank you to the beautiful little welcome with snacks to celebrate my partner and I getting married it was so sweet! It was little difficult finding the property in the dark. And signs are hard to see but overall loved our stay!

Wayne (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and the facilities were a great standard. Great location for Otway walks. The stairs up to the unit made carrying the bags up a bit harder, but not a reason not to stay, unless you had issues in that area.

The house is well designed, including the actual house itself - great ventilation, a tv, etc. It would have been great to have spare towels.

Stef (10/5): Great getaway to explore the Great Ocean Road and more - Whole set-up of the Kookaburra Cottagewas great. A lot of clear and all inclusive instructions to help you throughout your stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and super efficient. The bath room was clean and neat. The bed was amazing. Absolutely loved the guest accounts for Netflix and Disney+ Not applicable
Catriona (10/5): Perfect self catering cottage - Great little place in the otways, ticks all the boxes for an ideal self catering cottage. Fantastic cooking facilities and utensils, great heater, shower, also has TV, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc, plus extras you didn't know you needed! Everything just felt top quality. It felt like a really lovely place to spend time in, and it was very comfortable without being too over the top. Loved it, would definitely recommend!

Najmul (9/5): Superb - There was no breakfast. I would not call a pack of biscuits and coffee, tea a breakfast. The place however, was excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Very hard to find the place when we arrived at night time. The sign was small and not very visible. Took us three rounds to ascertain. There was no mention that the gate will be closed and we had to get out to open it.
Kathryn (8/5): Lots of bushwalking nearby and a quirky cafe open on weekend around the corner. - Lovely little cabin with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The cabin was extremely clean and everything was fresh and modern. Easy parking and communication, and bbq on the deck was great. The couch is not all that comfy.

Tanya (the manager) provided us with all the information we would need for our stay and was prompt in answering questions. I would highly recommend and we will be visiting again! We had no issues with our stay.

Full kitchen with an oven and great utensils and cooking necessities eg cooking oil. Very quiet. Had both a heater and air-conditioning. Good internet.

Smallest of long life milk u can buy… tea bags & coffee, very average Breakfast .. popcorn, long life ,smallest pack of milk.. lucky we brought bread for toasting… how dangerous were the steps to the unit! I hit my shins on the corner of the bed twice.. have bruises now…. Kitchen chairs were agony to sit on… & the lounge seat.. disgusting. Was an old fold away sofa. Could not sit on it even with your old cushion. So we spent no time in the unit… not right, whether we r going out all day…& we r tired we cannot lounge back and relax.
Sharon (8/5): The stay was very relaxing, the cottage clean and comfortable and Tanya was always quick to respond to our questions and - the scenery was very nice, the cottage was clean and comfortable and fairly secluded so was very relaxing. we couldn’t access all the TV channels, we had to watch YouTube instead. The couch wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been.
Kim (9/5): Cosy space with some lovely extras ! - Tania was lovely. Excellent communication and generously posted back a treasured scarf that had accidentally dropped when I closed the gate. The neighbours are sheep and alpacas, so very quiet and serene. For a small space the accommodation has nice touchs like a heater in the bedroom area, a great tv in the combined lounge kitchen and dining area, a speaker for your music and a BBQ on the deck. A nicely decorated bathroom. A little small if you have bigger suitcases or the weather is inclement but suits a weekend getaway or short stay. Unfortunately, no cupboards to hang clothes.
