• Jan (10/5): - This is a wonderful country cottage, kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms beautifully restored & very high quality, with everything we could need! Loved the enclosed & private back yard & outdoor area.

• Murray (7/5): Great location, nice place - location was perfect. Very clean 2 of the 4 Mattress was very uncomfortable and sagged in middle needs to be change.
• Shevaun (7/5): The location is perfect and ideal for a large family. But for the price I would’ve expected a working oven, bathroom, do - Loved the location, styling and comfortable beds. Also very clean. The main oven fan didn’t work so would heat up properly. The main bathroom didn’t have running water for taps or toilet. The door handle to one of the rooms was broken. There were only two black tea bags amongst an abundance of green tea and only one herbal tea.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Great spot for access around town but house needs a few repairs/improvements for the price. - Convenience and room Sizes Doors at front and back could not leave open as screens torn, no light working on back verandah, had to wash glasses and utensils as left dirty. Air-conditioner in second bedroom smelt when operated after 10 minutes, very little hanging/storage space in each bedroom. Dusty.

• Cath (9/5): A very relaxing stay overall. Great for a few couples. Would definitely stay again - Location and verandah. Great to have a lockable gate too. Comfy couch too. Master bed mattresses sinks in centre- bit uncomfortable. Would be great to have fly screens for air. Back door screen was ripped on arrival. Tissues would be a great addition too and extra gas for bbq.
• Carolyn (9/5): Great location and facilities for group booking - Just handy walk to main town . All spotlessly clean . Great having 2 bathroom with 3 toilets for large friend group . Plenty of tea etc provided . Good instructions with no problems to get into house . Was warm night and air cond in back bedroom didn’t work . Coffee machine also not working ( owners prob not aware of this ??) . Mattress in main bedroom with ensuite bit too soft .
• Chris (5/5): Overall a lovely and well decorated house with very good facilities for a large family or group, however given the issue - Lovely restoration with beautiful interior and excellent gated parking too! Great sized house for a group or family. Good location, quiet and peaceful area. Unfortunately there were a number of maintenance issues including blocked shower, blown or flickering lighting which then tripped the fuse on the last night and we were unable to have any lighting until departure on the following day. There were also rugs with curled edges and some poor outside cleaning of bbq and rear deck areas which is disappointing at the price point of this house.

• Steven (9/5): Great weekend away with friends, would happily go back - House had great wow factor. All four bedrooms were equally decorated and looked luxurious. Good size living area and outdoor area. Could have had some extra cutlery, plates and cups, as needed to wash plates etc frequently with 8 people staying.
• Jessica (9/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay with a great homey feel - Beautiful house, great facilities and outdoor area. Comfortable beds and a clean homey feeling! Aircon in master bedroom was very noisy and shower in ensuite didn’t drain properly causing water to run out into the bathroom. Had to keep turning water off while in the shower to allow to drain then start it back up again.

Garden lovely and big, great amount of chairs for the big table outside Dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes from previous guests, had to wash them before washing our dishes. Aircon unit in bedroom with ensuite was very loud even on lowest fan speed so we were very hot in the night.

• Peter (8/5): Great location for Yarra Valley stay with good friends or family. Highly recommended. - Great layout for friends getaway. We stayed in mostly with dinner on site both nights. Just far enough from town centre whilst still in town. Will stay again. Minor quibles with cutlery and glassware that I've passed on - not a show stopper at all - just would make it perfect as opposed to very good. If you go out for dinner - you wouldn't notice.

Beds were so comfortable, heating throughout the house could not be any better… So warm and cosy Loved that you could pull into the drive way with a secure locked gate. 10 min walk into town We had such a lovely time in Healesville but due to a cold weekend we spent a lot of time enjoying this lovely house. Just needed a few more bowls, cheese knifes ect to use for a platter other wise every thing was sufficient.
