• Katherine (8/5): Great location and very spacious house great with all rooms having their own en suite. - Very spacious and lots of great facilities. Close to the town. Rooms were very cold at night time. House was not very clean when we arrived. Windows and doors lots of hand prints. Lots of dead bugs everywhere. Lots of cob webs.
• Kai (6/5): Just fair. - Good location. Close to town centre. Didn't provide enough fire woods in cold days. And refuse to resupply upon request. Charged cleaning fee on daily basis. But no one showed up during the stay. Only body wash But no shampoo in the bathroom.

• Neil (9/5): Heaps of room, wood fire, lake and Forrest views from property - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, plus a downstairs toilet, 2 sitting rooms, A/C plus wood fire, well appointed kitchen. Lake views. Couldn’t really ask for more. Nearby to town.

• Ng (8/5): Pleasant stay - Sizeable living area. Balcony with a view of the pond. No reverse cycle heater in the rooms. No shampoo was a shock, we had to walk to buy shampoo from IGA.
• Shauna (10/5): Beautiful & homely, ideal location - Beautiful home very spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Each room had its own en suite which was very convenient for 3 couples! Being near the lake bugs were getting into the home around the door seals, bit of bug spray helped with this!
• Megan (9/5): Very comfortable and spacious accommodation for a group (3 couples) or small family, close to town. - Walking distance to MR Town (10 mins) Very spacious for 3 couples, all with own facilities Very pleasant outlook to lagoon Despite saying there was a welcome pack, we didn't have one. Limited in those little "extras" that are provided in hotels or even many AirBnB's.

• Rachel (10/5): We.look forward to staying again - we discussed whether we should make it an annual event - no breakfast but that's fine as the kitchen was well appointed and we cooked for ourselves. Loved the setting on the water, honeyeaters and finches at our balcony, easy walk to town and walk to bush trails, super quiet, Can't really think of any negatives. We had all expected there would be little shampoo tubes so none of us brought any shampoo.
• Susan (9/5): Perfect place to explore Margaret River from. Would stay again! - Beautiful peaceful setting by a small lake and surrounded by Australian bush. Lots of bird life. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great having washing machine and washing powder available. No shampoo provided (a minor point).

• Julia (10/5): This practically is a perfect location & accommodation for a family vacation. - 1. Very safe, quiet and serene location with beautiful view inside a gated area. 2. Great location very close to downtown even though it looks secluded. 3. It's great and convenient that each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for a family of six. 4. The laundry room is large with both washer and dryer and the drying rack is also provided for hang dry clothes. 1. Not enough wall electrical outlets. 2. Kitchen is big but lacking of some kitchenwares and paper towels. 3. There is no iron and ironing board in the laundry room that we can use. 4. In the bathroom of the downstairs bedroom, there's a small leak from the top of the pipe leading to/above the showerhead that shoots water out & over the showerwall and onto the sink/bathroom floor.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The location is stunning and so relaxing. Waterside One had everything we needed and more. It was a luxury to have an ensuite with each bedroom. The beds in the upstairs bedrooms sink in the middle and probably need to be flipped or replaced.
• Kirsten (7/5): Good for trips with friends. - The location is great. A short 10 min walk to town. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom so nice when travelling with friends. The house is beautiful, the outlook across the lake is nice. It was also quiet and private. No sharp knives, only a bread knife. The whole kitchen needed more glassware and utensils. There is a huge kitchen but not much provided. The shower in the ground floor bedroom leaked badly, spraying everywhere when turned on. These are easy fixes that would have made a big difference to our stay.

• Robert (9/5): Great Place to Stay - Spacious modern interior in a quiet location close to Margaret River main street. Lounge seating and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The ground floor bathroom requires a little TLC. The L shaped shower arm that feeds the rain head has an annoying leak (enlarge attached photo to see spray from the top right corner) that sends a fine spray over the wall, wetting the floor in front of the wash basin. The toilet seat is not secured properly and one wonders why the cleaner had not reported it for a fix. The wash basin tap black coating in the bathroom and in the ground floor vanity room room are severely worn on the levers and around the tap base at the basin (Bunning's supply?).

• Rachel (10/5): Will definitely be back again! - The location as a short stroll to town. Beautiful setting backing into a duck pond with lots of ducklings. House was beautiful, clean, modern with a well equipped kitchen. It was perfect for our stay.
