Good location too The fans on high were very wobbly made me a little nervous to have the high setting on with a baby in my room. But I’m sure would of been fine I was just cautious

• Nick (10/5): Fabulous house for a break with the family. - Beautiful house on the edge of wine country. Rooms were large and the house was packed with facilities. Lovely large kitchen with everything you needed for a stay with the family. Grounds were beautiful and pool amazing . This was a perfect house and location for our weekend getaway away with the family to Hunter Valley. Nothing

And pet friendly so our little cavoodle could join us. Terrific opp for our family to celebrate Christmas together!

It was a great place for our family. We even got to enjoy the pool which was a bonus - we would love to stay again some day.

The kitchen was well equipped and we had a lovely gift waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. There were a few decorative porcelain dolls in the rooms that scared the little ones but otherwise no other concerns

We love the history of the place. We love the pool. The location is handy to town and the Hunter Valley wineries. The double/queen bed in the room with the two beds was uncomfortable to sleep in.

The heaters were a lifesaver as it gets quite cold at night. It's close to the CBD and a big playground, which is good for families with young kids. The BBQ was dirty, and we couldn't use it. It probably needs some attention.
