The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Strictly No parties This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
