- Sabrina (3/5): Disappointing - location This property is need of a major re-vamp, from the furniture to the mattresses. Very disappointing as the kids couldn’t even play in the yard as it was so over grown. Would not stay here again.

A worry for snakes in the warmer months. And losing their 🥎 balls / toys That would be my only really dislike.
- Theresa (5/5): Great house for a family gathering, very homely and relaxing - Easy to access, large open kitchen/living area upstairs great for socialising. Views of ocean A lot of stairs, light switches confusing, shower head awkward flow
- Kim (2/5): Very poor - Location was good, close to beach and walking distance to general store. Ants everywhere, shade sail hanging low and partially detached, outside light dangling by electrical cord, staircase has very small steps and is quite steep, carpet mat upstairs is full of sand, the shower dribbles and is either burning hot or freezing cold and not very clean. No grass area outside, the area is covered in tree needles. Ping pong table covered in bird droppings and unusable. Would defiantly not recommend staying here.

- Yenuli (8/5): Very comfortable and homely stay. - The location was absolutely amazing, so close to the beautiful beach, the general shop, the cafe and the country club. The shower could have been cleaner, but it didn't affect me much.

Would not recommend as when we complained about the cleanliness of - Nothing Extremely dusty and bathroom had disgustingly dirty broom left in it and sand and ants everywhere. Ants in the kitchen, can’t even have anything in the bin, ants in our bed overnight even when we had our own sheets. Cobwebs in all corners of the bedrooms. Kitchen shelves and drawers dusty and dirty. Bedroom cupboards smelt terrible. The aircon did not work so extremely stuffy even with fans blasting. You can’t sit outside as there is no balcony and railing is almost falling down. No place to sit and have a BBQ. Stairs are very vertical and dangerous for toddlers. Definitely not family friendly.

- Amanda (8/5): Very good - The big lounge kitchen area.. The AC was good with the fan. The view of the ocean. The cool bedroom. under the house. Very well equipped kitchen. Lack of insulation and heat in the bedrooms.. Fans would definitely help. The pool table was in dis repair.

All directions were provided before hand. Most importantly this is value for money Having proper heaters/fans rather than portable. Continuous messaging from management and finally keep the bins on the road! I didn't see it until I came back. We were on holidays. don't look at messages often.

- Craig (5/5): Passable - The views location Mice eating all my food in the cubbourd and ants everywhere ruined alot of my food. Mice poo on my bed and sheets and woke up to a big huntsman spider crawling on me through the night twice. Place needs an exterminator to get rid of alot of these issues and it would have been a lovely stay

- Brent (2/5): Will not be back - Close to the beautiful beach and river The home was not what we expected, Ants everywhere including the beds and got into the bread in the bread box Mice then got into all the sealed food we had placed in the pantry. No aircon and all the windows were locked with no key. Issues brought up with the host and he was very unhelpful stated that there was no key for Windows and that they don't spray for pests.
