If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Ailsa (9/5): - Light and airy, peaceful location. No trafficnoise. A new doona was required for the single bed and this was attended to promptly. Also, not enough toilet paper was supplied for both bathrooms. (Purchased more at the local shops.)

Marli (6/5): Gret location, needs better cleaning management - The view is stunning from the deck. Nice house, just need more management in a lot of areas. After we were told that bedding was included and we only needed to bring swim towels....we got to the house at 16:45 after a long day on the road. Just to see, there are no towels, fitted sheets, and flat sheets on the beds. Just to be told, it was an error. Had to drive and buy bedding. The mattress protectors on the beds are in a very bad condition (torn, etc). Broken glass in the dishwasher, house was full of spiderwebs. Window sills in bathrooms were dirty. When we wanted to BBQ the first evening, the gas bottle was empty. The house seriously needs a proper deep clean. For the price we paid, this is actually unacceptable.
Jam (7/5): Good - Great view. The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and the BBQ worked well. Easy to park and close to shops via car. Nice quiet area. The house is damp and a little smelly because of that but otherwise very pleasant.

It had a great view and enough space for everyone and was close to all of Forstwrs - It had a lovely view, had space and everything we needed and access to the riverfront. Aircon down near the bedrooms would have been nice or a fan in the third bedroom as it was very hot , provide linen.
Deneise (10/5): Christmas at Lakeview. - The nicest holiday home we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, amazing views of the lake, quiet area, 5 minutes to shopping centre. We enjoyed our stay immensly & would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The deck overlooking the lake was our favourite place & our little dog could be safely near us & she enjoyed the freedom & being able to watch the activities below. We also enjoyed the garden & being able to potter, water & tend the pot plants which I must say were blooming when we left. Not a thing

Derek (9/5): Great place to stay. - The property was excellent and suited our requirements perfectly as it was pet friendly and very good access for our friend who has walking difficulties and uses a walker. We found it comfortable, clean and well equipped and our only concern was a shortage of some cutlery items. We would happily book it again for a stay in Foster. Not much, just a small shortage of cutlery

Well equipped laundry facilities The kids room at the back of the house and main room really had a bad mould smell. On the back of a picture in the kids room was covered in mould. The kids developed coughing spells and we had to have them sleep in the lounge room.
