• Martin (6/5): - Nice little house conveniently located in the centre of Phillip Island. Quiet neighbourhood. Quite well equipped (except for missing teaspoons). Lots of toys and games for kids. The house felt a bit neglected and especially it was terribly dusty, one could scoop visible layers of dust from the furniture. This was inconvenient to the point that my partner had to get allergy medicine from the pharmacy. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean. Some of the furniture has seen better days e.g. the partly falling off door to one of the kitchen cabinets.

• Janice (8/5): It was roomy, comfy, very quiet and suited us well. - Very quiet location and about 10 minutes from everywhere on the island. The oven was a challenge but the host had advised of this. The pile of washing apparently taken out of the drier and left in bedroom made us feel at home!!

• Kylie (7/5): Great little place, great location, lacking in love and hygeine in some areas - Really liked this little place, well set out and comfortable, was close to the moto gp track. Loved the little greeting sign to welcome us to the island as we walked inside the front door. Nice spacious rooms. The property itself has had no love for some time, it was very dirty and dusty particularly the kitchen, the oven and stove top was filthy, along with appliances, there was 1 sponge in the kitchen sink which was stained and would not use on anything and no others available. There was not a single teaspoon in the house so we had to resort to using a plastic baby spoon we found in the drawers. The bathroom was clean however the skirting boards and side buffets covered in dust and the laundry on the floors so much dust and build up😞 bathroom, and shower was clean. Loved the outdoor area out the back but again has just been let go and wasn’t a clean vibe out there either. I paid a small fortune to stay here and pricing was understandable for the weekend as it was moto gp weekend, I would consider staying here again but for the price I paid I expected it to at least be clean… I’d suggest keeping clean dish clothes and t towels, spring clean the entire place, esp the kitchen and outdoor area. Sort out the kitchen appliances, maybe purchase a new kettle and toaster at least. Our stay was comfortable apart from these issues and I loved the easy check in and check out Thank you for allowing us to stay at your accomodation and I hope you take on board my suggestions to help make it a more pleasant stay for others and keep your property being shared with others Kind regards Kylie

• Catherine (10/5): Super comfortable accommodation for people who like the simple things in life. Couples, small families, Island Escapes i - A good place to stay. The fixtures need a little TLC but my man and I really didn’t care. Island Escape is a comfy home away from home. It kept us toastie warm and dry in a week filled with lots of wind and rain. We could cook in, relax and go for great blustery walking adventures twice a day. Everything is just 10 mins away by car. A find. Thanks Stephen!

Everything works! - Two of us travelled to participate in the California Superbike School activities on the Phillip Island GP Circuit. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the fridge cold and the bungalow presented well. Thank you Steve. We will stay again. There was not really anything not to like. Good value accommodation.
