Caroline (8/5): Great Location, Great house, but overbearing booking agency - The location was perfect. The house meet our family needs very well. I was very disappointed by the complete lack of communication prior to the rental hire. However, once we arrived, I received multiple text messages reminding me of my obligations to the homeowner despite the house already being covered in signs with the same instructions. This constant messaging made it difficult to relax and enjoy the environment, as it felt like "Big Brother" was watching our every move.
