• Rebecca (4/5): Dishonest advertising, however overall comfortable - Plenty of beds, large backyard, full kitchen, washing machine, air con in master bedroom. After booking and paying (non refundable), I recieve an email to state an additional $50 for a dog- this was fine as the terms stated pets may be additional. HOWEVER, I then recieved an email to say linen was extra - sheets, blankets, towels, bathmats and tea towels all extra- this was never mentioned in the booking. I paid this but did not recieve what I had ordered. Then on arrival there was a note on the fridge to state dogs are not to be inside, only outside. This was not mentioned anywhere on the advertisement or on the long information sent after booking, despite paying extra to have a dog there. These extra fees did not overally matter and I would have been happy to pay them, if it had of been mentioned in the booking advert or the terms sent via email after booking. Not communicated after full payment and on arrival. The back yard was large, spacious, fully fenced and had nice green lawn, however the lawn nearest the house had prickles. The lounge room was spacious. The lounges were old, uncomfortable, smelly and FULL of dust. The TV was very small and not suited to the space. This combined made the lounge room virtually unusable. The kitchen was fully equipped, clean, well maintained and plenty of storage. The 2 bathrooms were clean, well maintained and the unsuite was fairly new. The master bedroom had a tiny bed ? Smaller than a double, to short for an average adult without feet hanging off the end. Minimal storage for clothes in the master, nil storage for clothes in the 2nd bedroom and plenty in the bunk room. Aside from the master bed, the other beds were comfy. Aside from the bathrooms and kitchen, the rest of the house was quiete dirty. Not built in dirt, just like the cleaner was in a rush. Piles of beach sand in places, filthy windows, very dusty curtains and a horrible slimy film over the floor. Several utensils, plates and cups had been put away dirty, with bits of food still on them.
• Amita (7/5): I will say overall it was amazing stay! - closeness to the beach and IGA The house floors were not very clean but rest of the home was good and nice. COmfy bed and enough space for doggo to run around and play.

• Lyn (4/5): We paid over $200 per night and then had to pay extra for linen - The lounge was dirty and uncomfortable and the beds were uncomfortable as well. Not much shelving or cupboards in the bathrooms
