• Robyn (7/5): Lots to love but beware the bedrooms. - Location is great, extremely well stocked with lots of local goodies. Comfortable beds. The outside deck and grassy area is lovely. Friendly host. The 2nd bedroom could only access the toilet and bathroom by going through one of the other bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom was extremely small and you could only get into and out of it by going through one of the other bedrooms, it is only suitable for a child. There was a lot of noise from the residence with adjoining walls especially when they put the spa on, which they did at 3am one night. It would be uncomfortable to accommodate 6 people there, 4 and a baby was very cramped in the living areas. Turning the main light on in the 2nd bedroom also turned on the main light in the 3rd bedroom, awkward in the middle of the night! It would be appropriate to include a floor plan if it is going to be marketed as a 3 bedroom place.

• Harfield (8/5): Very good - Provisions were good. Lovely room and outlook. We needed to buy batteries for the TV remote control The neighboring apartment is adjoined - so it is almost impossible for guests to not disturb one another from a noise perspective

Good views from deck. large bathroom with a spa living area a bit squishy for 4 adults and only comfy seating for 2... we also found the quilts on the beds very heavy, a lighter alternative would have been nice.

Nothing we didn't necessarily like, but would have been great to have powerpoints either side of the bed. Only other thing was the coffee machine provided had some mould in the milk tubes, so we didn't end up using that.

No ceiling fan in the bedroom to circulate air on warmer nights. Not hot enough to put on air conditioner. Wind out windows do not allow for much breeze.

Thoughtfully provided local bread, butter, French spreads plenty of coffee pods and T2 tea. Beach towels and even perfumes supplied to try plus the lovely hand wash and shampoos. Terrific position close to the jetty and within walking distance of main street shops and plenty of beach walks. Thank you Leah. We plan to stay at Harbour Masters again. All you could wish for in a luxury high end beautifully finished and furnished apartment, every detail catered for. • Percival (8/5): From the moment you book you are made to feel welcomed. - Excellent location. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous decor, each room was like looking at a perfectly styled picture. Everything we could possibly need had been catered for. The instructions for our arrival were clear and concise, the local knowledge of eatery’s that was added into the instructions was a fantastic addition and extremely useful. Communication with the home owner was of the highest level, so easy, so welcoming and gave us all the details we needed in a very friendly tone. We absolutely loved this place, homely and cosy yet classy and opulent. Hats off to the owner, just fabulous. The tread boards on the stairs up to the deck were a little narrow, a minor complaint in what is a fantastic property.

• Elle (10/5): Most beautiful holiday accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. - Firstly, we only booked this house as we needed to stop somewhere on our way to Adelaide. We were doing a family road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide with three families - adults, teenagers and little ones. We were all SO DISAPPOINTED that we only booked for one night!! The house was truly amazing. The location was incredible and the decor was just sublime. The photos do not do it justice. So many corners with beautiful books, vignettes and special touches. Fresh baked bread, beach towels, milk in the fridge, coffee machine, pizza oven… I can carry on. Everything was thoughtful and stunning. The little children loved the beach and playground around the corner. The teenagers loved the house, beach, pizza oven, pool table. The adults loved the stocked kitchen from crockery to wine glasses (nothing like trying to cater for a large group with no large salad bowls , sharp knives, small wine glasses etc. - as we had in most other accommodations). Seriously… I want to go back! That we couldn’t stay longer!!

The owner was very helpful and responsive when we discovered a minor issue with the A/C. The door code was not so easy to read and we couldn't ever work out how to de-activate the lock. Would far rather have a dishwasher than a washing machine. Would've liked to have a benchtop in the bathroom

The location was perfect...beautiful sea front vista, parked our cars and walked everywhere. The accommodation was beautifully appointed to a very high standard, amenities were very clean and you were not lacking for any equipment or facilities. We really appreciated the provision of local bread, condiments, milk, coffee and tea. We enjoyed the games room, relaxing on the deck and the ambiance of the fire of an evening. Leah, the host and property attendant were both extremely helpful when there was a regional power outage. The township had an eclectic group of shops which we enjoyed perusing. We would highly recommend Harbour Masters as a little hidden gem of luxury. There wasn't anything we didn't like

The styling and decor were absolutely beautiful luxurious Hamptons beach aesthetic. We fell in love with this place and highly recommend it. Everything you could possibly need is in this house and in the kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil, appliance or gadgets you could need. Filled with quality tea2 and coffee all well stocked. Attention to detail in this place was top level. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. Nothing

Good little kitchen, had everything you needed. Lovely fresh bread and milk was there for our arrival. Well set up. Listed as 3 bedroom house, but is really 2.5 rooms, bunk bedroom is tiny. Bunk beds not suitable for adults, especially top bunk. The photos on the website made the bedroom look much bigger than it actually was, so I thought it would be ok for adults as I've booked houses with bunk beds before and they were in large rooms with space and solid bunks. I thought I had booked the house, not the cottage. I must have miss read the page on the website, so I was a little confused, but that's my own fault.

Leah was the perfect host with suggestions for local things to see & do & updates about events that were on in town.

The unit was clean and well furnished with lots of little extras, tea, coffee bread, milk toiletries . It was very cold as there was only one heater which was in the lounge so the bedrooms and bath room was cold.

The heating system for rooms weren't named so couldn't set them to individual preferences, some rooms were colder than the other. No kitchen cabinet doors There were holes in one of the bathrooms walls The was a mouse inside the house, near blue couches No extra pillows, most were hard and bulky
