- Dale (4/5): Great location, poorly prepared property. - Location This property requires complete refurbishment. Everything is tired, corroded and the walls are just old scuffed paint.. It is in a great location, and very rural in a busy area. But if you are going to rent a property out then at least the basic amenities must be up-to-date, the sliding doors able to stay on their runners and get ride of all the cob webs.
