Mary (10/5): Loved the ambience of the place. A joy to stay there. Also a great place to stay in and just relax. - While we had an issue with lighting the gas fire Kelly was fabulous in getting it sorted. Kelly was a treasure. She lept into action, came and saw us personally, got a gas plumber to get things going and then kept in touch to ensure everything was grand. She saved the day bigtime. We will definitely be going back to stay. Had difficulty lighting gas fire but it was remedied very quickly
