• Zadravic (10/5): Play perfect better than we'd ever hoped for and for a property that allows animals you could never tell that anothe - Warm inviting beautiful gardens immaculately presented great facilities would definitely stay there again Play nothing that I didn't like about the property it was perfect. The location was a good distance from town where it wasn't too close but in a nice quiet spot still close to everything.
• Michaela (9/5): Very clean, warm and confortable. Would be happy to stay again. - Very clean and comfortable. Had all the kitchen items required to make meals. Only a 4 min drive to the shops. Fully fenced for pets is fantastic. The outside was not as well looked after as the inside but it was cold anyway and we didn’t need to use the outside areas.

• Nola (7/5): Too many add on costs to the price, nice place without being great - Nice facilities, big rooms. Everything was OK without being great or exceptional. I was shocked to see that the owners added a $150 cleaning fee to the price. I do not agree that cleaning I should also pay for cleaning someones elses property I am already paying to rent is fair. The location was a bit further out of town then I realised and the trains ran right next to us. Some of the windows were hard to keep shut and the beds were not that comfy.

Thank you - Nice roomy space for the weekend Good information about the property and surrounding area Easy to walk into town Quiet Great garden for the dog to run around Comfortable beds and settee Nice to have off street parking A house number on the gate would be good and a heat sensitive light at the back where the key lock is would make it easier in the dark! It would have been nice to arrive and find the house warm as it was a really cold night - although once we worked out the heating it was fine.

Appreciated the salt and pepper, cooking oil and kitchen paper towel 😀 Excellent place for your furry friend to stay. 🐕‍🦺 Bedrooms were clean 👍 Shower and bathroom floor had mould starting to grow in it corners. Some kitchen facilities ie frying pan and spatulas are tired from use

• David (6/5): Pleasant - Nice home although on a corner and no visible number or name on property. Quiet location even though it is across the road from a train line. We did not receive any information on collecting keys, we had to use a contact number to call and be told to leave a message as at 5.30pm it was out of hours. We did get a call back soon after. We feel that the price was too high for the property, not value for money.

• Nikki (9/5): Superb - Good location, mostly quiet. Nice, tidy place, off street parking. Lovely comfy decor and good shower. Nice bathroom products too. Entry to property was a little confusing as entry wasn't from street address, as it was a corner lot but I may have missed that info.

• Margaret (10/5): A warm comfortable place to call home during our stay. I will definitely be back. - Sweet Caroline was a charming place to base ourselves while in Orange. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed having a bath to soak in after running up the mountain nearby. The beds were warm and comfortable, the garden private and I loved the lilac in full flower. It was good to have off street parking. Nothing disliked but was tricky to find the way in to the property when we first arrived in the dark, not knowing the easiest access was from around the corner.
