The 2 x Bathrooms was amazing. The cottage is roomy and although there were only 2 of us this time it would more than comfortably service 6 x people. Nothing- it was perfect.

Would suggest that a folder would be a good start rather than having a rule stuck on doors in the kitchen etc. I certainly do not need a reminder not to bring the wheelbarrow inside

- Brianna (10/5): Amazing place to stay. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here - It was so spacious and clean. It felt very homey for being a “hotel” of sorts. Very comfortable. We loved the beautiful flowers as well. The shower in the main bedroom took a long time to get hot but that was okay.

The house was absolutely stunning especially to see all of the photos from the renovations the transformation was truly amazing. The owners have truly done an amazing job and I would definitely recommend this cottage to more family and friends to stay . Thank from the Lane family ☺️ I would say we didn’t like the property at all , this place had nothing we didn’t enjoy at all , some small little appliances could have been added just to help out with some quick little house jobs such as a dryer for laundry and maybe small like milks in the fridge that cleaners could add when small holiday cleans are done . This is just a little feedback , we absolutely loved the little cottage home and we think it was absolutely perfect for a little family to stay .

- Colin (10/5): Quiet, well located and comfortable - couldn't ask for more. - Sapphire Cottage proved a great location for our stay in Glen Innes. Spacious, bright and airy with all you’d need for self-catering. Close to town with a relaxing outdoor area. Loved the wood burning stove and the roses in the large garden. Definitely a decided cut above all those bland country motels. We came to participate in The Goodness Gravel cycling event and will be hoping to stay at Sapphire Cottage again next year.

Everything was ready to go and included a map to accommodation as it is not part of the caravan park. The cottage itself was better than I expected from the photos. I will be coming back for a visit in the new year with more extended family. No complaints
