• Debbie (9/5): Cosy stay and a house that all your needs in central location. - Location was great. The house was lovely and cozy, perfect for a winter stay. The drive was tricky to navigate as the gate doesn’t stay open and poor lighting at night.

• Nora (10/5): Cosy, convenient and convivial - Presentation and amenities were fabulous. The location is an easy walk into town centre and local eateries. It was a very cold weekend but the inside was well heated and electric blankets a great fallback. Fireplace was stacked and ready to be lit on arrival. Welcoming and cosy. The outdoor deck would be utilised in warmer weather. Car parking also great. Nothing

A delightful garden setting 5 minutes walk from Daylesford Lake and handy to the shops. Luxury fittings and amenities with a well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Pet friendly with an enclosed garden. Getting out of the driveway takes some skill.

• Megan (10/5): We had a lovely 2 night stay, wish it was longer. - On arrival, it was easy to park and get the keys. Hosts left a welcome bottle of wine :) The cottage is beautifully presented, the fire was set for the evening & a few pantry items also. The beds were so comfortable. We had a little problem with the central heating & the boom box speaker I couldn't connect! Probable my fault!! lol Thought the kitchen could of done with some glass containers or Tupperware for food storage.
• Victoria (10/5): A wonderful Daylesford getaway at Pembroke! - We loved everything about this property, from the interior of the house, to the location. It was very cosy, clean with lovely classic furniture. Well equipped with everything you need from games to teas and pantry basics. Nothing.
• Michael (10/5): Peaceful, relaxing, calming in a beautifully restored home - Dog friendly. Beautifully styled, warm and cosy atmosphere. All the little touches meant we had everything we needed. Location was perfect too. N/A
• Dr (8/5): Relaxing, cozy, giant steps and corgis! - Great responsive booking team, open fire, perfect top quality comfortable beds, lovely garden and only a short walk from town or local walks making it perfect for a family weekender. The house is cozy with attention to heating and cooling, well set up and great for a group. Particularly liked the stuffed toys around the house. Easy access via lockbox. Appreciated the selection of novels and The height of the shower/bathtub in the main house is no good for elderly family and the renovation from the older stages of the house to the new have stair risers that are unusually high. Again, this is really only an unforeseen challenge if you have little children or elders. You could still navigate most of the house from other sections if needed. Two sets of keys and a hook in the lockbox would be handy additions.

• Carla (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing family escape. - The house was really snug and comfortable, lovely and warm on arrival and exactly what we needed. The location was great, and our communications with the host really easy. The kitchen was really well stocked with cooking and servingware and we loved all the games, and of course the fire place. Good, central location. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog, too.
