Short stroll down to the beach. We booked the same day and when arriving at the house we had received many emails but no instructions on how to enter the property. We then called Professional Holiday Homes and they had forgotten to send us the instructions. The floors weren't properly cleaned so didn't enjoy walking barefoot. Tea towels in the kitchen would be nice.

Modern, bright and well equipped. The photo's on the site do not do the property justice at all. Great base to explore Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park (if you have a car). Even saw wild kangaroos on the lawn of a nearby property one evening. House was well equipped and they had thought of everything. Nice touch with beach equipment in the garage room. We intend to return for longer next time. The property is managed by an agent who contacted me with a link to pay the balance a number of times, even though this was being dealt with by Booking.com at a later date. It was unnerving, and although communication was great with the agent, it was only eventually resolved when the automatic card payment was made via Booking.com. The additional communication about payment was unnecessary and stressful.

The Wifi was really slow. The TV remotes in both bedrooms didn't work. We had a few problems with Netflix. We ended up signing out of the guest wifi and using our own.

It had some basics in the pantry, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. Even a few first aid items was nice to see. This property goes the "extra mile" in ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Kids TV room is a massive bonus, and the house was spacious with accessible bathrooms, doors and hallways. This house is wheelchair friendly, another BIG plus ! Nothing
