• Rebecca (6/5): Close but not quite there - Sea Loft is very close to the main beach access and in easy walking distance to the cafe. You can hear the ocean at night which was lovely. The property is run down. Very steep, dangerous stairs. Poor condition of kitchen facilities and towels, and the over cleanliness was disappointing. Needs some maintenance.
• Tyler (9/5): Excellent stay overall. Loved it. - Location is outstanding - 80 metres from a beautiful white sand beach. Host company were excellent - easily contacted and very responsive. Village itself is amazing as are the beaches. Maybe a couple of handyman fixes around the place - broken door handles loose floors etc. Air con in bedrooms is a must in summer.

• Nass (10/5): It was a great, clean, beautiful place to detach from the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with family member - I really liked the walking distance from the property to the beach. About 2-3 min walk. I was clean. It sleeps 6 people so definitely recommended for families that are looking for a quiet gateway!

• Rachel (8/5): We really loved our stay at Hyams Beach. - The location was amazing - easy walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, and the big back yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make afternoon platters, plenty of wine glasses too! The main bed was very comfortable and with all the doors and windows open the breeze through the house was lovely. The driveway is in disrepair and may not be viable for low/sports cars.
• Andrea (7/5): Good - Great location, clean and has a comfortable living area. Comfortable beds and great to have a full kitchen. Missing some basics I'd expect, eg soap, coffee. The layout of the two upstairs rooms is changing with young children
• Charlotte (3/5): Other then the proximity to the beach the property is not worth the value. Definitely needs a number of upgrades - The proximity to the beach was the only part we liked Internet was beyond poor, kept cutting out, tv would barely connect, power would trip, driveway has pot holes, ladder to 2/3 bedrooms is very steep & feels unsafe, bathroom is very small, kitchen is old & cannot use some appliances without the power tripping the whole house. Issues were reported to host & left unanswered for 2 days

• Diana (6/5): Comfortable but didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of value for money - Location, back yard, comfortable bed and couches, kangaroo that visited the yard each day Spiderwebs throughout, and 3 or 4 spiders found inside the home over the two days. Including one in bed in main bedroom. Power went out multiple times, we think due to safety switch being tripped by DVD player. Some light fitting missing lights/ not working. The home needs a good spring clean.

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to the beach, great backyard and outdoor seating areas. Lots of large windows/doors to let in the breeze and sun Bed in master wasn’t very comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend upstairs bedrooms for families with young children as the stairs are very steep
