• Eric Bourbon (8/5): Great place, great location just watch toes coming out of the bedroom - Excellent location. Nice and clean There was a smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Nearly fell several times from the street down out of the bathroom and nearly broke a toe several times in the night from lip going from the bedroom to the living room. Also, tones of light in the bedroom in the morning. Darker blinds for a sleep part 6 would be good.
• Cheryl (9/5): Cosy home close to dog friendly beach - The property was a short walk to the beach. (Off leash dog beach) which our fur baby loved. Bed and couch were comfy and had all utensils needed in the kitchen. We were there in winter and the reverse cycle air conditioner struggled to warm the house/ main bedroom was very cold. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Something to take note : Eatery choices on mondays are very limited in culburra beach. We enjoyed the Huskisson hotel (30 min drive) overlooking the water and dog friendly on the large deck
• Rowayda (10/5): Great, everything provided. Deeper floor cleaning necessary under bulky furniture. - It was really cosy. Felt like home and had everything we needed. Only one thing happened that was a little gross.. I was picking up something off the floor under the dining chair and there were toe nail clippings on the floor …
• Carmen (10/5): Loved it !!!!! - Loved how close the beach was . Everything about the place was awesome !!!! Should have a clothes horse in case it rains.
• Nicolette (8/5): Very good - Property was close to the beach and has a lovely outdoor patio. Perfect to bring our dog along and go for walks to the beach. Outdoor shower was handy too!
• Christopher (9/5): Very good value - Clean, comfortable and unpretentious, sleep to the sound of waves, the dogs loved it too (make sure they are tick protected).
• Prosser (8/5): Could have stayed longer. - It was comfortable and relaxing. Big step into bathroom. Lock on back door. Needs folder with all details on house and some fast food menus.

• Kenneth (7/5): Beautiful beach furnishings & decor - Beautiful furnishings, modern appliances, comfy bed, good location near beach, warm heating, lovely big covered deck out front with BBQ, good value for money with three separate bedrooms & roomy lounge/kitchen. Gutters/down pipe leaking at back of house, which was like a clock ticking loudly all night. My son slept on the couch 2nd night to escape the noise from the back bedroom. Lucky I brought my eye mask for the early morning as no block-out curtains on any windows.
• John (8/5): it was pleasant. - good location. clean and tidy. nicely decorated. only having one toilet and inside shower. we had to look for instructions for the stove and microwave/ a summary on use near appliances would be helpful.
• Annette (7/5): Although the position was good. it is advertised as dog friendly with toys and bowls but there wasn’t any. I don’t think - the location to the beach is fantastic. the yard is too small for dogs and the weeds have taken over. our dogs had sticky beaks in their fur, it was littered with tree rubbish. the front patio is only partially fenced with wire so our small dogs could slip easily out.
• Bronwyn (6/5): ok for a couple of days away - Location was good (although more than 1 minute to the beach - even with teenagers) Mowing occurred during a 3 night stay - even though the property displayed as vacant the couple of days before and day after our stay - just meant it wasn't relaxing to be at the property. There were also noisy toys that went off in the middle of the night (not the owners fault - but still annoying).

• Tammy (8/5): Very pleasant - We were able to have our pets and the proximity to the beach Everything provided in the house was good I feel the third bedroom could have had a bigger bed It’s hard to find accommodation for an adult family The fencing for a small dog has a few holes that are too big just a little more of the wire mesh along the outdoor area and at the fence near the bbq those garden beds around the side could do with a tidy just to improve its feel A second toilet out near the outdoor shower would be amazing
