- Ashley (7/5): Great location and space in this partially renovated home. Kate was very responsive and a great host - Great location and plentiful room. Great back yard for the kids to play in. The upstairs rooms get very cold at night, even with the small panel heaters in 2 of 3 of the upstairs room. The largest living room also has no heating so if you have a big group you may need to rug up if you plan on hanging out together in there.
