- Michelle (9/5): The perfect place to stay in Seymour. - This was such a lovely cottage. It was clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything you could possibly need plus more. It was the little added touches around the cottage, and we we're offered late checkout which was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
- Leslie (9/5): Great place to stay and location is good - Well presented and clean The Aircon’s need to be serviced filters were blocked and were noisy
- D'Rosario (9/5): - Plenty of room and all the amenities. Great location and easy to access. Very comfortable beds. Access to Wi-Fi and Foxtel. Only one toilet which can make it challenging with a group staying

In spite of being on a reasonably busy road, the house was very quiet. Only comment is that the dinner plates are small - next size up would be great!

I can highly recommend staying there, and I defiantly will be when I am in the area again. The noise from the pub, but that is out of the hosts control.
- Rothwell (9/5): Lovely, central spot and very cosy. Thank you! - Location Some issues with microwave and power to appliances but was communicated ahead of time
- Kathryn (10/5): - This house was was a beautifully renovated home, with lovely high ceilings. It really was a privilege to stay in this place. The spa bath was lovely, very much enjoyed by my children. The beds were large, very comfortable, as was the lounge room. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was really nice to be able to use the laundry aswell. There was a huge outdoor courtyard which was relaxing to sit in. A lovely outdoor space. We booked this as a last minute reservation due to unexpected issues with our car, and needed a place to stay the night. This home was just what we needed to de-stress, and being such an old house it even gave us a different focus as we found ourselves chatting about how the house and region may have been in olden times. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing negative to report
- Chris (8/5): Had a very short but sweet stay. Would recommend if in Seymour fur a short time. - Fantastic cottage with all the facilities you could wish for. Neat as a pin. Location was a bit of a way from centre of town. Parking was on street on a main road.

A little piqued about parking in the street, though it ultimately presented no problem at all.

- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - I'd never stepped foot in a brothel before our stay at 34.Emily. Certainly hadn't slept in one. Of course it isn't a brothel now but it was a century and a half ago. And that sums up this place. A house oozing history, modernised but not too much, clearly respectful of the house's history. A spa bath and creaky floorboards. Absolutely loved this place. A gem.
