• Cv (7/5): Good - The location and the house were amazing. Close to attractions and convenient shops. The house needs a bit more cleaning, there was dust everywhere. Had to play around with the door lock, and one time my son was locked out as the door lock is not that easy open by an adult even. The outdoor facilities were really dirty so, we couldn't use the outdoor table & bbq. The indoor couch was really old and dirty and the kids' bunk bed had sand in it. Tea and coffee bags were not enough or I would say it is not at all there.

• Marg (9/5): Brilliant house for what turned out to be a very pleasant weekend. - Easy to find, great location, clean, well appointed, great communication with host, replacement heaters were great, Some scourers to be able to clean oven tray and other things better and more easily

• Lynette (8/5): Very good - Great self contained house. Ideal base for tripping around the great ocean/Otway area. An additional toilet wouldn't go astray with a large group, but not something that can really be changed, so no complaints at all.
• Celia (8/5): Very good - Wonderful location, old style home with a lovely build and character. One bathroom between 10 ppl is bit difficult to manage. The lighting in the main area of the house could also be improved.
