• Quinten (10/5): - Je zit volledig in de natuur en wakker worden met het geluid van kleine geitjes was een topper ❤️ Rick de eigenaar is een zeer aangename man en die zeer sociaal is . Het stadje van theux heeft ons ook zeker kunnen bekoren . Je zit ook op wandelafstand van een beekje met wandelpaden fossielen gegarandeerd ! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug Niet echt iets dat tegenviel maar voor gezinnen met kinderen een dvd speler of laptop voor op tv aan te sluiten is handig moest je toch even tijd hebben
• Linda (5/5): De familietijd heeft het goed gemaakt. - Ligging, kort bij winkels. Veiligheid kinderen, sanitaire voorzieningen. Dringend opknapbeurt nodig.

• Alexander (10/5): A place with a ton of character - The place is so very quirky. It's big but has lots of nooks and crannies. The wood brazier is a lot of fun. We had a big family get together and had plenty of space for playing games. My daughter and her husband had a seperate studio, where they could relax without worrying that the baby might wake us. The location is excellent with a big supermarket only 400m away and beautiful views and walks all around. Rik the owner is a super chill guy. He's a handy guy for lending you an ice scraper if the snow covers your car. We made a lot of lovely memories in a very short time. Leaving.

• Anabel (8/5): - L’emplacement Il n’avait pas de lave-vaisselle et il manquait des choses dans la cuisine. On n’avait pas de micro-ondes.
• Martijn (8/5): Prima voor een paar dagen. - De accommodatie was erg ruim. De eigenaar reageerde razendsnel in woord en daad bij vragen etcetera. Accommodatie ligt op steenworp van het centrum van Theux en een middelgrote supermarkt. In het centrum van Theux starten een paar bewegwijzerde wandelroutes. De accommodatie is nogal "bijzonder" ingericht. Niet alle voorzieningen werkten naar behoren. Een aantal gasten werden uit de slaap gehouden door de ganzen/geiten/hond van de buren.

• Benedicte (4/5): Hygiëne was ondermaats - Locatie De hygiëne van het huis was een enorme tegenvaller. Er gingen overal spinnenwebben, de douches bevatten schimmel en van de ene douche sloot de deur niet eens. Het huis bevat een duffe, mottige geur, absoluut niet fris. Als laatst kwam er uit de pompbak van de studio inhoud van het toilet naar boven, zeer erg verschieten. We zijn hier dan ook een nacht minder gebleven dan gepland.

• G (9/5): - Superligging in de natuur en toch vlakbij het dorp, met veel leuke restaurantjes. Goede bedden. Aardige gastheer en -vrouw. Dichtbij Spa en de grot van Remouchamps. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt, en zwembaden in Spa.

Rien à redire, Rick est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, il a pu nous trouver une solution pour des collègues qui ont eu une annulation en dernière minute. Il mérite que son logement soit loué toute l'année tellement il est d'une gentillesse hors pair... je le conseille x1000 c'est le meilleur propriétaire de tous les voyages avec booking !!! Merci Rick ❤️ et à l'année prochaine ! Rien !

• Nath40 (8/5): Recommended for a peaceful get away in beautiful nature. Clean air and warm beds! - The location was great. It was peaceful and quiet and the hiking possibilities were bountiful. The host Julia who met us at the property was very friendly. She was available to us the whole time we were there and quick to respond to any of our requests. The house was warm and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was soft and warm. There was also plenty of wood available to have fires in the fireplace. The water for showers was hot and the pressure was very good. All the appliances were in good working order. The place was very clean. We had a great time and would recommend this place to our friends and family. The lights were quite dim. It was ok during the day but difficult in the evening when cooking. There were quite a lot of plates, bowls and cups that had chips in them. We recommended to the landlord that these be replaced. And the kitchen area could use an upgrade. However all the hobs worked fine and so did the oven and the dishwasher.
• Stephen (8/5): The race weekend... - Quite a relaxed atmosphere and close ( walking distance ) to local shops / restaurants. Spa is not too far away by car.Generally this location is peaceful and more than adequate for a base to explore. We will return..Rick is an OK guy.. A bannister handrail is needed to access the raised bedroom above the bathroom. We had no problem but if you lose your footing you will tumble. I would like to point this out and I believe this is a fair observation.
• Evelyne (4/5): we found the studio quite expensive for what it is - - wifi works fine - beds are confortable - owners are nice - trampoline (children enjoyed it) - outdoor area to sit (but a bit far to use it regularly) NB: There is a house and a studio. Comments here are for the studio only. It looks like the house does not suffer from most of the drawbacks of the studio. - the room is dark (no window) - no view on the outside (photos on the booking.com website are outdated) - smell of the animals of the neighbour "Le Paradis du Wayot" (so we kept the door always closed) - hear people of the house (footsteps, toilet flush) - no potable water (drinking water in bottle is available on demand; it's included in the price, but it's annoying to call the owner to ask for it. We ended up with 1L/person/day) - kitchen worktop is small, no washing machine, nowhere to dry clothes, no waste sorting
