  This stylishly restored, 114-year-old historic, self-contained cottage features 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a queen-sized bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 1 king single-sized bed and 2 single-sized beds. For your entertainment there is a full HD, LCD, LED Smart, TV, VHS, DVD player, CD player and wireless Bluetooth speaker. The verandah overlooks the front garden and has 2 lovebird garden timber seats. The back deck has a round table and four chairs, and overlooks the beautiful, expansive garden. One of the bedrooms has an original Kauri, ornamental pine fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen in this free-standing house has a microwave, a large refrigerator and a modern dishwasher. Now pet friendly! We allow up to 2 dogs per stay (no cats, sorry). The property is fenced. The bathroom has a spa bath designed for two people. NEW! EV Charger for guests. Air-conditioning in dining and lounge rooms

• Loong (8/5): Very good - Lovely cottage, comfortable bedrooms, warm and clean, fully equipped kitchen, goodsized living room and dining room, big back garden. Near to town and tourist sights. Kitchen basics are available. TV too small. Bathrooms are not ensuite
• Lila (6/5): Nice but overpriced! - The location was good, the beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious. There was no ensuite and both bathrooms were at the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms. The showers were fixed, no telephone showers which made waiting for the water from the shower to warm up , not the best experience. I felt the value for the price charged was not the best.. felt the place was over priced.

It was also the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved the extra touches - like kids books and games (much appreciated for some downtime or when it rains). The lounge and dining, a true family's heart, Bathrooms for solitude, a place to depart. We slumbered and dreamt in this beautiful place, Woke to bird songs, a peaceful embrace. We laughed, we ate, admiring each decor, Feeling the house warm us to our core. Every detail thoughtful, every corner kind, Children's cutlery in drawers we'd find. A fireplace glowing with comforting light, Windows framing a world so bright. Watching colors dance on the floor in the morn, Gazing at gardens, feeling reborn. Rain on the glass, a stormy day's balm, Bathing in bliss, a soothing calm. We cherish this house, and we'll return, Hearing our daughter's laughter, hearts yearn. Reading on sofas bathed in sunlight's glow, Sipping coffee, watching fireside's soft flow. Next time, with family and friends we hold dear, Sharing this marvel, spreading its cheer. They must feel its embrace, see beyond the wall, To the garden, a dream home for all. That it is not my home :-)

The property was beautiful and had everything you could want in a rental. If I could give this place more than a 10, I would. I highly recommend staying here. It is close to everything in the blue mountains, has beautifully maintained grounds/garden, wonderful kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, fantastic hot water and pressure, is clean, well-maintained, and one of our favorite places so far. Everything was perfect for our stay so there was nothing to not like. No matter how much I messaged the host, she always got back right away.

It is the best accommodation we have stayed in for a long time, taking into account all the factors, from the superb cleanliness, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, and great quality amenities to the best location in Blue Mountains. This cottage offers everything you need and dream about. We will be back again!
• Patricia (8/5): Three nights stay with a teenager. - Kitchen! It's a fully functional kitchen with more than adequate equipment, cutlery and utensils. Beautiful landscaping that makes the cottage Instagram-able. Laundry facilities are effective and helpful. The living room has very comfortable sofas and arm chair, making family gatherings warm and comfortable. The host is very friendly, kind and helpful too. The cottage is nested in a quaint and quiet area, easily accessible to Blue Mountains' popular tourist sites/ lookouts by car. The temperature regulation facility could be improved if possible.

From thoughtful restorations to modern additions, this heritage home exude a sense of timelessness. It was so nice to have Oliver cat greeting us every morning. The trails that leads to the National Park were connected to the property. That's a plus! We were so pleased with the property, so we booked the cottage for my extended family for the New Year celebration. We will be back!

The amenities were everything we needed. Spa bath was fantastic, the fire place and comfy beds were exactly what we needed. This place was the highlight of our trip. The host also checked in to make sure we had everything. Absolutely no faults. Nothing - we loved it.
