• Gary (10/5): Great house in a good central location. A weekend wasn't long enough to take full advantage. - Plenty of room for the 7 of us. We could have fitted a lot more people in and still would have been comfortable. Great layout and everyone used the sauna, spa, pool table and table tennis. Nice big tables to sit around, plenty of lounges. We would need to stay at least a week to take full advantage of the house. Nil

• Ford (8/5): A very relaxing beach house, great location and proximity to all that Phillip Island has on offer. - The location was very good - very close to Surf Beach and enjoyed the walks from the property. The view from the house was fantastic and it's in a quiet neighborhood which is a nice escape from the business of Cowes. The property itself is dated. Although pretty clean, furnishings could do with a refresh to make it feel a bit more luxe. A good lick of paint and updating of some of the furniture would help lift the overall appeal of this property.
• Yan Hann (9/5): - the house has 4 bedrooms which is a little overwhelming for a family of 3 but was cozy. kid loved the wild bunnies that visited the garden. a little secluded and hard to find when returning at night.

The view was beautiful and there was plenty to entertain the family like the Sauna and the Spa with Games and Netflix to watch. The pillows were a little lumpy and not so great but not terrible either.

• Shane (9/5): Lovely place to stay, worth the money - House was beautiful and in a lovely location A few worrying structural issues, such as the upstairs balcony ledging being somewhat loose, a few power sockets in the house completely visibly burnt out and ones near those sockets tripping the circuit board.
• Elise (10/5): Great house for multiple families to travel together - There was plenty of space inside and outside, lots of activities for the kids and adults including board games, video games, ping pong, pool and the hot tub. Multiple living spaces and bedrooms and bathrooms spread across multiple floors works really well. There is a bedroom with no heating and cooling which isn't ideal but other than that the house is very well appointed.

• Levin (8/5): Very good - The house and facilities were amazing. We requested a cot and when we opened the cot it was broken so our 14 month old had to sleep on a matters from a single bed in the welkin robe.
• Jenny (10/5): A real gem of a place for spending time with the family. - This was our second stay at Island Daze and I have already booked again for when we have family arriving from the UK. Lots to do at the house. Everything was thought of. Spa, sauna. Pool and table tennis tables, games, videos, Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and a large fridge. The 3 bathrooms were appreciated. It is a great base for exploring Phillip Island. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to next time.

Great entertaining deck and many options including billiards, table tennis, and hot tub and sauna. All of the detail you want has been thought through. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely come back again.
• Maryanne (9/5): We were happy and comfortable and would like to return and will definitely recommend. - It had all the comforts and entertainment needed. It was very clean and we loved the modern decor. Also the closeness to the beach and other popular attractions. We were disappointed with the stove . The larger hot plate didn’t work so only had 1 large one to work with for a family with 8 adults . Our fridge was full therefore it didn’t cool very well. We needed more tongs to the 1 supplied. There were ants in the bunk bedroom and a couple around the house. Other than that we still loved it .

• Hesaan (8/5): Good place for a short trip - Jacuzi was great ! The back yard was pretty spacious. The upstairs living was pretty good The fencing over stair ways for kids was a big big blessing. Loved it! There should have been more instructions with photos given on how to locate the keys. One of the bathroom sink was clogged. The extra folding bed was aright, could have been better. The pool table could have been better, the pool matt was rough. We can make the place a bit more safer for toddlers. Like putting in soft corners on tables.

• Mars (9/5): Great stay for the family and loved all the things we could do there. - The breakout areas and spaces available. Loved all the spaces and everything available to do there eg. Table tennis, pool, spa, sauna and theatre room. The garage door didn’t work and we weren’t notified that someone was going to go and cut the grass during our stay.
• Incoll (7/5): Roomy, perfect location, needs updating. - Separate areas meant the place didn’t feel cramped with 7 adults and a teen. The place has a nice homely feel to it. Some things are tired and need updating we were here 12 months ago and some of the appliances that were on their way out last year were still there.

• Whittaker (5/5): We had a number of maintenance issues that had to be attended to during our stay but they were all dealt with very promp - Spacious Good facilities, spa, sauna, table tennis, movie room etc Needs an extra fridge Glass ware was of poor quality particularly wine glasses Cutlery was substandard barely enough forks or dessert spoons. ( I don’t like using soup spoons!) Dessert bowls of all different shapes Generally I would say the crockery and cutlery needs to be renewed When we entertained we had to ask our guests to bring cutlery Garage door was not operational

• Lucas (8/5): Great location, good facilities but a well-used family residence. - Great location, great amenities and features. Good communication and fixing of issues. Reasonable price and good value for money. Would stay here again. Minor issues from an overall great place. Spa was dirty but was cleaned the next day with very good communication. Some tap handles were loose, some door locks didn't work, a few stains here and there and some dishes were dirty. It's a well used house which is understandable. Cleaners came in the house themselves at 9:58 with their kids and equipment which made it a bit difficult to finish packing our cars and do a last check of rooms to see if we left anything etc. These minor things could be improved on to make a 10/10 experience. Don't let these things stop you from booking, just hopefully the hosts improve this.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great house - loved the fact there was so much to do in the house itself. Perfect for a winter stay. Had everything you would need. We had 8 people and we didn’t feel crowded as there was 3 levels. Really enjoyed the Cinema Room and Spa. Would recommend and definitely re book. Thanks again! This is being very critical, the lights all over the house we’re very dull & unfortunately we couldn’t use the spa in the evening as the light outside kept flickering off.
• Lynette (10/5): Excellent property to stay in Philip Island, it is quite and away from the busyness of Cowes. - Close to everything on the island, walking distance to the beach for a early morning walk. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Enough space for all, pool table and cinema were a hit. Didn't use the spa or sauna as we were out walking the tracks on the island most days and played pool or watch a movie at nights. Lighting in kitchen is dark, not much could be said other than that, the property was really good.

• Rebecca (10/5): Fun filled stay for the whole family - Island daze was a great stay for the family. A 3 storey house that was well thought out in design and super cosy. Facilities were excellent and will be back next year a few board games would take this accomodation to another level

• Christopher (10/5): It was a fantastic place to stay with a large group and it had all the things you need to relax..... - The location of Lazy Daze was great, as it was equally distanced from Cowes and San Remo (short 5-7min drive). The house was in an excellent condition and clean. Great instructions everywhere helped. No much, it was nearing perfect. If I had to be picky, I would have tvs in the rooms and the light in the spa hut was flickering, but that is being ultra critical.
