• Wendy (5/5): Would not stay here again due to noise from nearby venues til 2am - Central location and spacious rooms too noisy from surrounding late night venues
• Nigel (3/5): Living room is a decent size. TV worked. Strong recommend to avoid. - Location is excellent. The bedroom on the entry level floor has a fan but no a/c and the heat was intolerable. The same bedroom doesn't have a chair or small sofa, which there is ample room for. The noise level in the morning from this entry level bedroom is extreme. One garbage or delivery truck after another made it impossible to get to sleep.

• Phil (9/5): Absolutely lovely apartment in a beautiful town - The location is fantastic right in the town, which we were slightly concerned about, but it couldn’t have been better. Nothing not to like, with the possibility that it was on the first floor with a flight of stairs to get your suitcases up, but come on that really would be making a mountain out of a molehill.

• Steven (9/5): Spacious apartment, great location, well equipped, has everything for a perfect stay. - Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location, great balconies and a garage. Perfect stay Balcony needed a clean. Gave it a quick sweep, did not take long, so not a big issue.
• Joeri (10/5): Fantastic stay with family. Plenty of space as we had four adults and three kids staying. - Fantastic location, lots of space and private parking. Completely out of the properties control, but it does get a little noisy at night from the surrounding pubs

• Charlotte (8/5): Relaxing and amazing location, close to everything - The location It wasn’t very clean. And one of the bedrooms has a gas tank so the room smelt bad and caused my friends to not be able to sleep
• Rachel (8/5): Great sized appartment in a very central location. - Great location. Apartment was clean and spacious inside. Convenient and safe parking. Had everything we needed. Both patios really needed a clean - felt a bit let down by how dirty the patio floors were given it’s been mentioned in previous reviews. Lack of aircon in 2 of the bedrooms was a shame.

• Simone (9/5): Aqua vibes in Byron Bay - Location fantastic Additional split systems in the other bedrooms would have been good, fans were satisfactory but rooms very hot in the late afternoon when getting ready to go out for dinner. Overall a great spot will definitely be back.

Downside was as it was so central there was a fair bit of noise particularly with the garbage collection each morning. There were also stairs that may be an issue for some. The upstairs bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom which may also be a consideration for some.

• Molly (9/5): Great value and location stay - we will be back! - The property was great - had everything we needed The sound proofing wasn't great in one of the bedrooms so you could hear loud music but a very minor complaint for a lovely property
• Stephanie (6/5): The location makes it! - The location was incredible and the living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. It’s very handy to have the two bathrooms in this apartment and the air con worked really well in the living room. The bathrooms (especially around the toilet) were quite dirty upon arrival. I was very surprised that the accomodation didn’t have basics I usually expect - tea and sugar, multiple rolls of toilet paper and a few more toiletries. There was also a bad smell coming from the hot water service (?) in the bedroom in the main level. I needed to keep the windows open the entire stay to keep the room smelling fresh.

• Andrew (10/5): Great value and lovely apartment - Very nice and modern look, couches were very comfy and big, kitchen was good size and had good appliances and bedrooms were good Maybe air conditioning in the bed rooms as they were quite hot even with the fan. Also some of the lights were out in the living room.

• Sara (9/5): Good value for large comfortable appartment. - The location was fabulous. Close to all shops, restaurants and beach. The double bed upstairs was very soft giving both my partner and I neck and back issues the entire stay.
• Maria (9/5): Great location, beautiful home - Great location! Two balconies and a very generous living space. Mostly fully stocked kitchen, everything was very clean upon arrival. Would recommend, excellent value for money, looking forward to staying here again. They forgot to give us cleaning supplies (sponge or brush, bin bags) and there were a few kitchen supplies missing but overall no complaints. It was a great stay.

• Jackie (9/5): Would stay here again for sure. - Excellent location. Right near the beach, as well as restaurants, shops and cafes. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need for a short stay. Extra keys as it is a 3br place so obviously there will be quests needing an extra key and not relying on one person to be able to enter the premises. Could also benefit from having a tiny bin in each bathroom for tissues etc otherwise guests may flush these items down a toilet which would not be a good thing.

Kitchen well-equipped Centre of restaurant and shopping district. Good beds in main bedrooms No furniture on back sunny balcony Foul sewage smell in main bedroom. Plumber called 3rd bedroom small with bathroom access through second bedroom Awkward entry via grotty lane and large heavy gate. A bit noisy at night (mainly traffic/motor bikes) Not enough blankets - was told to 'hire' some
• Rhia (8/5): We loved the location and the bedroom configuration suited us with my sister staying with our family - Location was great! Spacious Someone parking in our spot. Some things were a bit dirty on arrival e.g. balcony was dirty and leaves hadn’t been swept up. Some balcony windows dirty. The pictures were not updated. We thought there was a bath for our young children. We had to use the laundry sink for our baby. No tea or coffee left for us. Nothing to clean with . We would have liked some spray and wipe to clean the benches etc. Baby gates for stairs would be very handy.
• Lisa (6/5): Clean comfortable apartment, close to beach and shops. - Great location for beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, very clean, modern apartment, comfortable beds, comfortable lounge, good facilities with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ No aircon in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms which faced the hot afternoon sun and were stifling - ceiling fan and windows did little to cool down the rooms. No beach towels but we were offered to rent some through the linen company that provides the property’s bath towels and bed linen. For the rental price beach towels should be included as they were in the last Byron rental we booked. Due to the central location (which we like) it was noisy at night as you’d expect and in the early morning with delivery vans, garbage trucks etc.
