• Joanne (3/5): Wouldnt go back to this property.needs a makeover. - The beds were comfortable. Roomy. Not clean. Musty and old. Taps in bith bathrooms calling apart. Gas heater not working property. Turns itself off all the time. Wifi wouldnt work Stained rug in lounge. Cobwebs. Paint on wall missing. No hair dryer. Went and bought on and left it there. Dishes not emptied from dishwasher.. hard to use because markings not on it. Beds had little black bugs things in them.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - Location of property was great. Very clean and tidy. Great space for dogs to be in yard. Fully secured so peace of mind when leaving the fur babies. Easy access and plenty of parking. Unfortunately the main gas heater in lounge room was playing up and it was cold in orange. After a few messages the heater was replaced and we got toasty. Very good customer service.

• Julie (9/5): Perfect location, comfortable rooms - Location, beds were extremely comfortable Plates and mugs were dirty. Had to wash before using.
• Maria (7/5): Clean and well set up cottage close to town - Location and that the 3 bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen was well equipped. The grass needed cut and garden needs attention. Noisy neighbours and dog when we went out the back door. Person coughing and dog barking.
• Debbie (8/5): Nice location for relaxing and exploring orange - Spacious and cute , good to have two toilets . Nice and quiet overnight Cobwebs and backyard is uninviting
• Megan (8/5): Comfortable base for a long weekend in Orange - Clean and close to amenities. Second toilet in the laundry was handy Heating/cooling seperate. Reverse cycle would be better to control temperature in the house.
• Mark (10/5): Perfect, really great house & definitely stay again - Fantastic house, great bedrooms, super comfy, fab lounge & dining area, really comfortable & clean, everything you need in the kitchen, nice laundry , big bathroom. Not one thing, a suggestion would be a sensor light at front door to help with opening from door ( we managed with our phones )
• Doug (5/5): Paid for 2 days but left after one as found disappointing - Nothing really Only used 1 bed which was comfortable Dirty floors throughout . Notclose to anything and advertised as Trendy East Orange. Had a gas heater that needs service as kept cutting out. No air conditioner No No clothes dryer. Paid $130 for cleaning and shower had mildew which looked liked it had been there for some time and I actually killed a cockroach in the bathroom Carpet was badly stained and dirty . No tea bag’s just a couple of old herbal tea bags
• Sandy (8/5): Comfortable property in a location not too far from the centre of town. Would stay again. - Property was clean and comfortable. Great yard for little doggies. Being double-brick, it was on the cool side, but bedrooms and living areas were well-equipped with heaters. Cooking facilities were not used, so cannot comment on that aspect. Previous guests put unwashed cups back in the cupboard - would expect cleaning service to have checked this. Chipped glassware runs the risk of someone cutting their lip No wardrobes in the bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms had portable hanging space and a spare blanket - would have been good if this were in the third bedroom as well. No off-street parking.

• Aleica (5/5): We were dissapointed with the value for money considering the heating was poor and there is no dryer - Our stay was in Winter and with only one gas heater in the living room the house was very cold. We also needed to wash uniforms for our son as he was completing at a rugby carnival but were unable to get these dry as there was no dryer.

• Roslyn (1/5): A disappointing experience in a beautiful region. - The property was filthy. Dirty windows, dirty kitchen, cups, glasses, plates and cookware, dirty bbq, dirty bathroom tiles. The lounge was filthy. There was no front door light to enter house. Our overall experience at this property was disappointing. We can’t understand how this property could be let, at premium price, in this condition. Extremely disappointed.
