Mt similar com as fotos, e uns 10 minutos andando pra praia. A casa é mt quente, a circulação de ar não é o ideal.

celio (10/5): - Já estivemos neste condomínio e voltamos por saber que a localização é muito boa! Dessa vez levamos uns amigos, inclusive o pneu do carro dele furou e perto tem uma borracharia nos deixando tranquilo para consertar !!! Ninguém que estava conosco reclamou de nada! Tudo ótimo...
Bruno (9/5): Excelente custo benefício! Padrão e localização excelente - Casa linda bem organizado! Estava limpa porém estava muito mofada, cortinas moveis. Mas não tirou a qualidade da acomodação. Apenas incomodou por eu ter crianças.
