• Solis (8/5): - La cercanía al centro y a las distintas playas. Muchos bichitos que no sabíamos de donde salían a pesar de que tapabamos todo.
• Rocio Sce (6/5): - La ubicación es buena, queda cerca de Ferradura y del centro. También esta frente a un parque para niños muy lindo y a 50 metros de una feria que se realiza los jueves.Tiene supermercados cerca. La casa era cómoda y segura. Los porteros del complejo muy amables. En principio se equivocaron de vivienda y le dieron la casa que reservamos a otro grupo, tuvimos que reclamar y luego de una noche nos cambiaron. Luego nos habian solicitado el pago en dolares pero no habian específicado que tenían que ser los nuevos, no los quiso recibir el dueño por lo que tuvimos que ir a cambiarlos por reales, luego de la mudanza que tuvimos que hacer nos pareció innecesario pero aceptamos. Los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy finos. El lavarropas no cortaba, por lo que funcionó sin agua toda la noche y nos arruinó varias prendas. En la cocina faltaban utensilios, no habia bowl, ni cuchilla, ni rayador, se nos complicó cocinar.

• Braian javier (8/5): Perfecto todo - La ubicación, tenía una cocina y parrilla cómodas, habitaciones grandes con aire y ventilador , lavarropas para poder lavar todo lo necesario muy bueno Había como una plaga de hormiguitas o bichitos en toda la propiedad que se subían al termo caminaban por la cocina el resto todo bien

• Renata (10/5): - Ótima localização, ideal para quem não quer usar o carro ou até para quem vai sem carro particular pois pode usar carro de aplicativo. Casa boa para quem quer fazer uma comidinha rápida, condomínio muito calmo, organizado e muito aconchegante.
• SOJO2022 (8/5): Casa Comoda y Segura - La casa es comoda, cercana al centro, puedes ir caminando facilmente, alrededor hay opciones buenas para almorzar y es un lugar muy seguro. Las camadas son comodas. Habian muchos bichos chiquitos que invadian todo, no se podia dejar nada afuera, asi que terminamos guardando todo en el refrigerador, era el unico lugar que no invadian.

• Mariana (1/5): Would NEVER go back - The shower is really good and the bed is also good I really don’t think anyone who just owns a property should become a host! We had a lot of issues with this rental. First of all there was no communication. On the day of our arrival we had to write to the owner asking for the exact address. Then until 5-10 minutes before our check-in we had to again ask them how the check-in process works! Where do you go? How do we get in? Is there a lockbox or someone will meet us there? Nothing! Then we get in and the whole place smelled with a very strong smell of urine! As we looked around, we found out the whole cover and the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room was covered in urine!! The owners claimed it was the previous guest and said they would send someone to come and pick up the cover and take it to be washed. NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP!! For 1 week we basically didn’t have a sofa in the living room and we had to sit on the bed in the bedroom. There is only one seat in the living room and the chairs of the dinning table are not comfortable enough to sit on the whole day and they were extremely dirty also (as shown in the photos below). The fridge was also extremely dirty as shown in the pictures! Then we had to again ask for the wifi networks and password too since it was not provided to us!! The water hose next to the toilet was leaking so the whole floor of the bathroom would get completely wet until we put a container under it to avoid the mess. The owners of this property have no respect for their guests and we felt there was a complete neglect towards their guests. The wifi speed is also horrible and the connection drops all the time. The best thing about this place was the person who worked in the complex who would open the gate for the cars, collect the garbage and was extremely polite and respectful. The owners exactly the opposite. Also, there are no closets, drawers or a place for the guests to hang their clothes. Both closets in the bedroom are locked!!
