These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Adell (8/5): - Location is great. Close to Tugun shops for takeaway and supermarket. Clean and well equipped kitchen, bedding etc. Small things make a difference. Yay! coat hangers in the wardrobes. Very nice laundry is downstairs with front loader and dryer, with additional toilet and shower for a quick shower after the beach. The plastic electric kettle needs replacement. Cracked handle and very black inside. Pity about the planes flying overhead and they are coming in for a landing so very noisy. Didn't notice airplane noise over first few days but the wind changed and so the flight path changed. Busy road leading to Currumbin Wildlife and beach so traffic noise.

Karen (8/5): We were there for Aussies competition at Kirra Beach. - Very clean premises with all you need but be ready to be woken at 6.00am every morning with jets over your head so close you can nearly touch them and they do not stop until late at night. We also had the neighbours renovating the full four days with cement drills all day. We were not told this! If we weren’t out all day I wouldn’t have been able to stay there.
