• Johanne (10/5): Beautiful and spacious home - Such a beautiful property, great for larger groups or families. There was plenty of space and common areas. The house has a few areas where you could still do your own thing and have some quiet time to read or watch a movie. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the beach but it was literally meters away and would’ve definitely made the most of it in sunny weather. Our hosts Louise and Jo were amazing and very accommodating especially with their communication and hospitality. We loved our stay There was construction in the block next door at the time of our stay and a little noisy if you were out on the patio but that was only ion the weekday and otherwise perfect.

• Danny (8/5): It was generally good - Location was great, just walk up the path to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us, and the place was pretty tidy. Laundry was good, AC worked great, Noisy main road, Traffic Noise, the neighbour has issues with herself, screaming and shouting in the middle of the night. The gate latch was broken, and the BBQ had only one burner working. So, I went out and bought my own BBQ. Gardner just helped themselves into the backyard, and the gas delivery guy was the same. So no respect to the current tennants on property. Gas stove the ignition stuck on and the microwave oven start button missing. I did send messages to report.

• Eddidc66 (10/5): Such a beautiful, well maintained home that suited our extended family and pets. - Beautiful, well maintained home that's +/- 50 meters from the beach. The kitchen was a great size for the family and well-stocked with all the equipment we needed. The hamper and champagne were a bonus and well received for Christmas! Thank you nothing
• Sumathi (9/5): It was a spacious, luxurious stay with beach proximity, comfortable beds, great kitchen and living. - The Budgewoi Road is very busy post 6am so sleeping in is a little difficult if sleeping in the front rooms of the property. But other bedrooms towards the middle and back of the property were fine. Love the architecture of the bedrooms with the hidden walk in robe behind the bed heads. The large baths were inviting. The kitchen was well equipped for 8 to 12 people dinners and lunches to be cooked and being a large family, we enjoyed that. The close proximity to the beach was exciting although the sea was a bit rough for us. Its more of a fishing spot. During low tide some of us did get a chance to swim. All rooms had entertainment large TV screens for some of us. Others could slip away with a book into the living area upstairs, front or back sit out areas.

• Araz (10/5): Exactly what we needed. Beautiful staycation. - Great property, great location. So relaxing and peaceful, with the private entrance to the beach which is basically the backyard. Louise the property manager was lovely, helpful and so kind and professional to deal with. We will definitely be going back there again soon!!

Instructions were easy to follow and sent well ahead of check in time The only negative would be that the road is noisy at all times of the day - BUT you can only hear it from the front of the house AND the property cant do much about that

Building site behind.Restriction on air con usage.Cleanliness- dishwasher not emptied and dirty underwear wrapped around an ornament.Curtains did not close in most rooms.Water pressure upstairs was very low Unable to close the door to the small sitting room.Bedside lamp had no socket nearby to use
• Ayben (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location with direct access to the beach. Unlucky for us the weather wasn't great but the beach was fantastic to sit at. The house was beautiful and clean and had heaps of room for my family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Overall was a great stay and can't wait to hopefully come back!
