- Burdon (10/5): Loved the little extra touches, fresh flowers in all rooms, chocolate and very friendly host. Thank you Deb - Close to town, beautiful old quaint cottage.
- Lisa (9/5): - Was very comfortable. I loved the vases of flowers which were in every room. It felt like home.
- Christine (10/5): A charming, spotlessly clean antique cottage in a perfect location, made unforgettable by an incredi - We had the most wonderful stay at this charming old cottage. Stepping inside felt like going back in time, with beautiful antique furniture and thoughtful touches that preserved its historic character while still being incredibly comfortable.
The cottage was spotless and so homely, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. Its location was perfect—close to shops, hotels, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and full of charm.
The host was absolutely exceptional, attending to every little detail. She was always available, responded immediately to any questions, and truly made us feel welcome. The fresh flowers throughout the house were a lovely touch, and finding rosemary on the bed was such a unique and thoughtful gesture. There was also an impressive selection of tea, coffee, and treats, which made the stay even more special.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. NA

Lovely cottage garden out the back with nice places to sit. Comfy beds. Basic but well-equipped kitchen with nice touches eg vase of fresh herbs. Deb was very helpful. A wee bit dark inside

- Jacqueline (10/5): Great House, Great location, Great for furry friends - The house is in a great location, walking distance to shops and water. It is a historic house with lots of period furniture which is so atmospheric and charming. Only suggestion is that a torch left in an obvious location would be really helpful for taking furry friends to the toilet in the long dark back garden at night.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - So many lovely welcome personal touches. Lots of cottage character. Walking distance to beach and shops.
Good communication with host from booking to after stay. An enjoyable two day break.

- Keren (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Deb was so fantastic and made us feel right at home. The cottage was absolutely stunning and we were surprised by the beautiful big backyard! Great location too, perfect walking distance from the town centre. Bonus points for Deb kindly letting me take a dried sunflower head to feed my parrots back home. Thank you again, I can't wait to return x
- Damien (9/5): It was great spot for a week's getaway. - Lovely federation period cottage and a nice little garden out the back. Close to the Main Street. Very pleasant host who was flexible when we asked for another day. I found the couches a little low for me (6 ft tall), and not that comfortable, but that was a fairly small issue.
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (8/5): Warm and comfortable. -
- Michael (9/5): Lovely old house with great vibe in a great location. - Great location and the old style house had a great vibe.
Location perfect for easy walk to both the beach and into town. The kitchen is small but we cooked both nights and it was fine. It took us a while to get used to having less bench space in the kitchen than we are used to, but it was totally fine.
- Karyn (8/5): Nice place - Ambiance Coolness
- Gordon (8/5): Everyone we met, everywhere we went everyone was so friendly, especially welcoming of our dog. - We liked the garden, historic features, the fresh flowers in every room. It was comfortable. Very easy to live in. And so easy to walk around Queenscliff. And very easy with our dog. We couldn’t stay longer!
- Kellie (9/5): Exactly what we needed - Last minute booking accommodated and very responsive. N/a
- Natalie (8/5): We had a lovely stay at Deb’s cottage. She was a wonderful & generous host. - I thought the host was very lovely & hospitable. Deb left nice local wine, chocolate, milk, tomatoes & lovely little touches throughout the home. The back door doesn’t lock very well so we didn’t think it was 100% secure. I think the latch needs replacing. The only other thing was the noise from the main road. We just weren’t used to that amount of cars & they woke us both up earlier in the morning so no sleep in.
- Annette (10/5): We loved the house, the kitchen had everything we needed. The garden was lovely to sit in with a morning coffee. - The property is filled with so much charm. The bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to Hesse Street with great cafes, restaurants and close to beach.

Lovely old style cottage with amazing back yard full of flowers and birds.
- Paul (9/5): We enjoyed a quiet, no fuss 2 day break at this cute cottage, with easy walk to town centre. - The location was great. Short walk to the main street. Cute, well maintained cottage filled with vases of fresh flowers. Nice garden with outdoor seating. All the basics were available. Heater worked well. Quiet location. Cafe 100m. Owner was OK with our little dog. Struggling to write what we didn't like ... the TV was small with no HDMI. Old school DVD player, so if you want a night in, plan ahead. No internet available (to be fair, this is stated in the property description).
