Guest Reviews
- Goran (6/5): Great location & cosy, but needs update/refresh; also not 100m2 as advertised - actually 50m2 or less. - Location & privacy. Couldn't be any closer to the centre, yet has sufficient privacy with greenery around. Tired / run down; needs refresh / renovation / updating (some water damage visible, marks & cobwebs on walls, dated decor). Advertised as 100m2, but probably not more than 50m2 actual size.
- Susan (10/5): A very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of Easter. The property is walkable to most places we wanted to eat at, the sho - Nicely decorated with art works, tasteful furnishings, cozy . The property is set in lovely gardens and is very centrally located.

- George (10/5): Perfect location - Amazing cute accomodation. The location is perfect. Close to everything None
- Sam (8/5): Nice and cosy - Comfortable bed and clean Forniture look is if you’re in a opportunity shop, the canapy over the bed not to my liking .
- Gayle (10/5): -
- Sandra (8/5): Overall it was good - Location, close to town centre! Snacks provided and appreciated. Very dark and lighting was not good. No coffee pod machine or filter coffee. Not a smart tv or Netflix available.
- Leigh (10/5): - We had a lovely 2 nights at Circa Ivy Prince. It was so quiet and comfortable and so close to everything Daylesford had to offer.
We will definitely book again 😊
- Francis (10/5): Excellent - Clean , comfortable in such a great location close to everything in Daylesford Nil
- Luke (7/5): Not bad, but could be a lot better. - Close to town Room needs very good dust light fittings fans and air con very dusty, bath needs re calking front light was flashing on and off, air con was set on 10 degrees on arrival. Was given wrong code for lock box. Was told someone was going to re email all the details after I was given correct code for lock box never received email. No information parking. Just a lot of small things that could have made this stay more pleasurable. I think it is a bit rude asking for all bins to be empty when you leave, this should be done by cleaners. Not sure I have ever stayed anywhere this was requested.
- Angela (10/5): Had a relaxing and great stay - Heating was on and ready No outside lighting to our cottage
- Darryn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable - No breakfast It was cold but once the heater kicked in it was fine
- Allison (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (4/5): Renovations next door commenced @ 7.05am first morning & 8am day - No breakfast provided
- Megan (10/5): Lovely and quiet even though close to everything - Great location. Clean and well appointed. Nil
- Gerry (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay clean and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a short - The location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very clean and well laid out.
- Stefan (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb - Good location, walking distance to town. Very clean. Comfy bed with good bedding. Very private and quiet
- Zhi (7/5): Great location in Daylesford - Cosy little cottage in a great location. Not a fan of the curtains/net decorations around the bed. Cleanliness could be better on the floors as we have a no shoe indoor policy and I used one of the towels to 'mop' the floor which was better after that.
- Wilkinson (10/5): Exceptional - What a beautiful cottage, perfect for a weekend getaway. It's secluded yet a short walk to the main street. It was so cosy to arrive to the heating going making the cottage very warm.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Buhagiar (10/5): A relaxing, peaceful stay to reset and recharge. - It was quiet with beautiful surrounds. Very peaceful. The spa bath was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. I loved it. Nothing. It was perfect.
- Sonia (8/5): Very good - Location perfect. We took advantage of the fabulous cafes for breakfast.
- Laschko (4/5): Disappointing - Close to town and services. The dwelling in reality was nothing like that described on advertising.
Place was run down and lacked facilities, cracked (dangerous) shower floor, leaking toilet, no cooking facilities, poor supply cutlery/crockery, dripping taps in bedroom area etc ...
Other residents had loud music going till late evening, poor night lighting in driveway / walkway to dwelling. Entrance to property not easily identified.
- Bev (9/5): Warm and cosy retreat. - Great location. Walking distance to Sunday market & train, shops & restaurants. Warm & comfortable. It felt like -5 degrees outside during our stay, but the gas heater worked a treat. Clean & well appointed. Bonus treats appreciated. Off street parking was a bonus not mentioned in the advertising. The TV was small, but not a great problem. We didn't go to Daylesford to watch it.
- Julia (2/5): Not a value for money at 400 doll a night. - Location is good, although reaching the house via the side lane and rubbish bins is not ideal. Tea and coffee provision is good. The property is very small, no room to move, or unpack the luggage apart from a few hooks. The tiles is the shower are mouldy and broken. Walls and blinds are dusty. Windows are dirty. The bed is small (double, probable) and pillows are old and uncomfortable. No oven or a hotplate, only a microwave, so very limited cooking options. The noisy split system unit in the bedroom keeps switching on and off during the night, making it difficult to sleep, but you can't turn it off becasue of the freezing cold. Also, because of the awkward location of the property we didn't feel safe leaving our things there.
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic accommodation clean and very cosy .
It was nice receiving a goodies pack.
Will be back
Highly recommend
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Therese (10/5): It was relaxing in a nice setting . Lovely garden and cute cottage. So quiet and parking was so good - Location was perfect
So convenient. A hop skip and a jump away from cafes and supermarket which was so handy I like everything
- Andrea (9/5): Very comfortable and nice and close to town. Harvest Cafe has a delicious breakfast - we went there twice. Terroir resta - comfortable and short walk to town TVs are too small. Car bottomed in the driveway. The holes in the driveway needed filling. trying to find the accommodation. Include a map and don’t mention Howe st - very confusing.
- Jiadong (8/5): Very good -
- Zeev (3/5): Poor - position a better response for issues that we found upon arrival
- Louise (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a quiet comfortable quick getaway. Beautifully presented. - Loved the location and the extra little touches on arrival Softer sheets would be good.
- Alexander (8/5): Very good -
