- Oswick (10/5): Beautiful, quiet cottage - We travelled to perth from the Pilbara for spinal surgery for my partner and this accommodation was incredible. The location, area and house is fantastic. Very scenic, quiet street and we absolutely will be trying to stay again when we travel back for his post op management.

- Berinda (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and the location. Hosts were easy to communicate with and would stay again. - The location suited us. quiet neighbourhood. Great shops around the corner. Hosts easy to communicate with. Cottage has old world charm. good facilities within the cottage. would stay there again. Value for money.
- Callista (9/5): - The house was perfect for our needs. Quiet street in a beautiful area close to shops, parks and hospitals. The hosts communicated really well.
- Dianna (10/5): -
- Luke G (10/5): - Nice old place. Could do with upgrading the beds.
- Daniela (8/5): Would come back anytime - Perfect location, cute little cottage, a little rundown and rustic but clean and charming. We liked it. Fantastic to find a dog-friendly place in the city, neighbours and neighbourhood were super nice.
Washing machine was a bonus. The rear courtyard is very small but nice to have the option to sit outside. It’s completely enclosed so very safe for your dog.
Owner was very nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out times within limitations of the cleaners. The couches in the living room aren’t really comfortable, it needs a place to ‘lounge’. Same for the courtyard ideally. Parking on the street is timed Mon-Fri. So if you stayed during the week, that would be a real issue.
Owners provide neighbourhood tips which is great. Some dog-friendly options would have been welcome.
- Felicia (8/5): Gorgeous 👌🏽 - The host was kind enough to have breakfast goodies delivered to door, in the morning before checking out! 11/10
- Darryl (10/5): Cottage of comfort. - Cosy, comfortable, quiet and still close enough to the city, kings Park, cafes and shops. The cottage was spacious, clean and fully facilitated. Definitely stay again. Maybe a smart TV added so I could've watched my favourite Netflix series.
- Lesley (8/5): Well located, character property - Very good location in heritage district, character property. We enjoyed our stay, slept well and were able to cook and do laundry A little down at heel with a few small maintenance issues
- Wang (8/5): Very good -
- Peta (8/5): Beautiful cosy cottage in a perfect location!! Enjoyed my stay! - Location
- Lisa-marie (10/5): Wonderful stay - The cottage was lovely and so well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would always come back to stay here. The location is perfect and so close to Kings Park.
- Cait (9/5): Lovely little house in good location, but a bit hot during a heatwave. - Lovely aesthetic, and good facilities: a coffee machine, washing machine AND dryer.
Good selection of books to read.
Red-tailed black cockatoos visited the tree at the front almost every day.
Location is great, very close to a bus stop, only 10 minutes from the train station, and near Kings Park. Some dishes were a bit dirty, and one of the towels needed to be washed before use.
The bedrooms were rather warm, as the air-conditioner didn't reach these rooms from the lounge room. There was a heatwave in Perth at the time though, and desk-top fans were provided.
Shower drain was clogged but the plunger sorted it, and the host is working to fix it permanently.
- Sophia (7/5): Overall lovely stay very cute place - Clean, close to where we needed Needed some soap for the bathroom and a clean sponge for the sink other than that was nice :)
- Olivia (6/5): We didn't find the gorgeous in this cottage. - The location is amazing. The house is spacious and has so much potential. It's pet friendly. This place needs general maintenance and a deep clean. On arrival I spent half an hour cleaning up the courtyard because of dead leaves, sand, weeds and a dirty bbq that had cigarette butts in it. We stayed a week so we wanted to be able to use the outdoor space. The handle of the shower mixer is broken, there is no gun igniter for the gas stove ... I messaged the property manager on day 2 but didn't get any reply.
- Sinclair (10/5): Subiaco Cottage - Location Location Location very close to where we needed to attend appointments and such a beautiful neighbourhood big shady trees lining streets and amazing homes very friendly people great parks and playgrounds all walking distance We both thought it could have been cleaner ok
- Maitland (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, everything you need in easy walking distance, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and easy access to public transport. The stunning Kings Park on your doorstep.
The accommodation has everything you need and it has an old world character which is difficult to find nowadays. The shower needs to be sealed at the bottom to prevent flooding of the bathroom area when it is used.
- Alee (7/5): Great location, average amenities. - Very central location in a nice quiet street. The shower didn't drain properly and water would pool on the bathroom floor making it slippery and messy. There was aircon in the living room, but not the bedrooms. As there were also no ceiling fans it could get quite hot some nights
- Frank (9/5): Great accommodation choice. - Quaint old cottage. Well used but well cared for. Everything you might need. Excellent communication from owners. Great location with some great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again. All good
- Yap (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thumbs up for this property. - Facilities are well equiped, and it’s not for from city centre. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. None.
- Claire (8/5): Very good - fantastic location and quiet area near shops and buses property needs some updating and renovation - shower flooded the bathroom and kitchen was v old/tired
- Morgan (7/5): lovely character home in amazing location, quiet residential street, old world charm, - location, easy check in, great communication, comfortable bed Some elements need a bit of love to make the property amazing such as replacing the well worn bedding, couch covers and dining table chair cushions, cob webs on walls in bathroom, dusty exposed ceiling fan.
- Abcundall (10/5): Great location, Great Hosts - Perfect location for what we needed. Hosts were great to deal with and contact
- Claire (10/5): A short relaxing break in the middle of Subiaco. - it was cool ( the air con has been put on prior to or visit as it was a hot day). It was clean and tidy. It has character, high ceilings and the sofas and beds were comfy. the bathroom was modern. It really was a gorgeous cottage. So close to Rokeby Road and quiet at night. We felt so at home we didn’t go out the first night - opting to stay in, get take out and lounge around!
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - very nice location close to the city.
- Samantha (8/5): Very good -
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
