• Gail (9/5): Great location, esp as a base for visiting areas. - Exactly as advertised Plenty of room, catering for all sorts of weather and great for families. Loved having games for kids and coffee machine for adults. Couldn’t fault it.
• Marto (9/5): Gorgeous cosy cottage, close to town and perfect place for us as a family to stay. - The location and the cottage has a lovely big fire so nice and cosy. Great outdoor undercover area too I got so many emails from booking .com that it was hard to find the one with the key code on it
• Louisa (9/5): Gorgeous beach house with the lot! - Gorgeous little house, perfect for our 5-day getaway. Cosy in winter, and my partner loved the fireplace. The road noise from caves road is loud most of the time, but only really noticeable from outside and the bunk room (which we didn't actually use).
• Kimberley (7/5): Excellent location with all you need! - Excellent location within walking distance to the beach and Dunsborough town centre. Nice and quiet location within a cul-de-sac, very warm and cosy for winter stays with plenty of areas to lounge around, a fireplace, fire pit and games to entertain on rainy days. Host Chris was very informative and it seems they cater for everything at the property. Would definitely stay again. It did have an unusual smoky smell when we first walked in like there had been a cigarette smoker in the house previously, maybe a fresh coat of paint might remove that smell. We didnt notice it by the second night however.

• Dianne (10/5): 3 night break - The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Location is great, a short walk into town and also to the beach. The garden was lovely with nice seating to relax in. Highly recommend a stay at the beach shack 👌 Nothing, it was all good 👍
• Mr (9/5): Superb - Absolutely a great place to stay when you're in Dunsborough with a family or a small group of friends. The place has a great vibe, and the house is very well equipped for a holiday rental. It doesn't have a million dollar view, but the sheltered backyard and outdoor area make more than up for it! • Joanna (9/5): Superb - I'm afraid the lighting in the upstairs loft bedroom was inadequate. One PowerPoint with power board, but they could have supplied a decent lamp. Other than that, all was lovely.

Beds were comfortable and the lounges outside to lay on were really nice. Perfect location. Just had a beautiful relaxing vibe to it Loved everything about it, only minor issue would be no toilet up stairs so during night had to walk down the stairs to use toilet, but wasn’t a massive issue

They put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable and easy. I'll be back when I get the chance.. Love love the shack 😍 Leaving .

• Emily (10/5): Wish we stayed longer - Loved the atmosphere of the place, very cosy. Felt like a home not just a house. Great kitchen and BBQ facilities. The outdoor space is amazing, great to watch the kids from. Walking distance to beach and shops. Nothing, ticked all the boxes.
• Claire (10/5): Brilliant Getaway and hope to return one day! - great open spaces - perfect for a group gathering. really clean,comfortable and well stocked with all the kitchen items you can think of. Walking distance to the beach and to the town. felt very relaxed and the communication with the owner was amazing. there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I guess that if you or one of the guests had bad knees they may struggle with the spiral staircase but it didn’t bother us at all!
