• Kathy (5/5): - Great location, plenty of room Property was not clean, we had to washed towels prior to use, one of the bunk beds sheets had not been changed, dryer lint was full to overflowing, outdoor area not clean, would not use BBQ too dirty.

• Tom (9/5): Nice place but back off with the messages - Very nice all we needed A little shocked how many messages backwards and forwards ref the property made us feel like not welcome and was woken on our first morning at 7.45 for a bed delivery

Very quiet considering you're only a few metres from Milton Road. Loved the location, so close to Toowong Village and our fave pub The Regatta Hotel! Air con and fans in all rooms. Will definitely recommend.! Nothing.

• Minh (2/5): Very poor - We are so disappointed with your property service. Went we check out, we were cleaning, washing dish and put rubbish in the bin to helping. We understand that we make something broken with your property such as: sofa leg, door stopping. But we dont have to destroy your floor as you say. (Please see photos attached) In addition, you charge us 1,000$ for that problems. To be honest, its can not reach to 1,000$. Its over and ridiculous. We have trying contact to you a few and dont have response from you about that problem. You stolen us 1,000$ unreasonable We are like your property but your service and housekeeping really bad. Not friendly

• Kathy (8/5): Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. - The unit is well appointed and spacious with plenty of room for our family groups to spread out. A short walk to the Auchenflower train station and Cityferry. The floor of the back veranda was very dusty and there were old leaves around the stairs at the entrance. Only a minor issue and wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Wow - Beautiful home that was very comfortable and had all the facilities imaginable, far exceeding expectation. It had a full kitchen, broom, washer/dryer (we didnt use for our short stay but could be handy), dish washer, kettle, coffee pod machine. Kitchen even included cling wrap, salt, milk, condiments, those things that are homey that you dont always remember or have the option to pack, it was very unexpected but very impressive and appreciated! We couldn't get the Netflix to work or work out how to log into our own account. Getting out of the bathtub/shower in the ensuite bathroom was very challenging and slippery.

• Andrew (7/5): Good - The size was good. The kitchen and outdoor space was great. Mattress needs replacing on main bed. Lots of noise and light from street and property next door. Tiles in shower are a slip hazard (they are probably wall tiles). No flat sheet on two beds. Wifi was terrible so had to use mobile hotspot instead.

• Rosnaini (9/5): Great place, will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! - The house was really clean and very inviting. I love the fact that there were quite a number of kitchen appliances that were provided such as the rice cooker (I'm Asian so cooking rice is a must, ooops!:P) The area around the house is very peaceful, not a lot of traffic going around. Laundry and dishwasher pods were definitely useful given the amount of cooking that we did. Speaking of which, there were spices in the spice cabinet that we used for our meals so thankful for that. I really wished there was a bidet provided in the toilets though. Also, a larger waste bin in the toilet. I would also like to suggest labelling the cabinets so that it makes it easier for us to locate the items.

• Penne (10/5): Great stay in Brisbane for groups. - The apartment was spacious and really well set up for 6 of us. The location was great as a 5minute walk through a nice neighbourhood got you to a couple of great coffee shops to grab a coffee and walk along the river. A number of restaurants were also walking distance. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Parking was easy and beds were comfortable. I loved it all, the one suggestion I’d make is it would be ideal if the kitchen had a microwave (as one of my friends wanted to heat a wheat pack)
• Martin (10/5): A wonderful home for our wedding weekend! - A beautiful,comfy & spacious house Outside area was amazingly relaxing Close to all our destinations (City - Southbank - Suncorp stadium - Toowong village) Cosy spot with a park at the end of the street Had all the facilities you needed for a getaway Communication with staff throughout our wedding weekend was professional & wonderfully handled Would definitely stay here again in the near future! The "start" button on the microwave was broken so we couldn't use it during our stay It was a minor issue & it didn't affect or dampen our weekend whatsoever.

A family of 4 adults and a dog was comfortable and spacious. - The property was nice and clean and in a quiet area close to everything. we had a car so getting around was no issue. A few items in the pantry came in handy. enough utensils and cooking items to make our stay comfortable.

• Richard (5/5): Too close to Milton road for a quiet sleep - Comfortable apartment for a family with all necessary amenities Dirty floors- Toddler who spent most of time on floor so it wasn’t pleasant seeing all the black hands and black stains on her knees realising floor had not been properly cleaned. Towels we weren’t sure they had even been washed. Such a shame as standing of the place was good. Location near Milton road made it very noisy with traffic noise due to windows not being double glazed.
