- Jee Oun (9/5): Definitely a 'home away from home' with all the amenities and comfort for our leisure time away. - There was an unexpected leaking hose connecting mains water to the dishwasher. It happened sometime in the early morning. After communicating with the owner, a plumber was sent in the morning and the problem fixed straightaway. The owner was apologetic and left a hamper for us at the door in the afternoon when we were out. A nice gesture.

The house has everything you could need - it’s situated just a short drive form Daylesford town and a 15 minute walk to the lake. Perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Would highly recommend staying at Chateau Rosemund.

Location was good. Very difficult to open door on arrival. Very little wardrobe hanging space. Gas jets a little hard to operate. TV a bit temperamental. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast included for the 2 days for 5 people only supplied: 6 eggs, loaf of bread and some fruit. Would have liked 250 -500 mls of milk for our cuppers. There was NO coffee or coffee pods.

Has a gorgeous outdoor dining setting for a picnic or meal in the warmer weather. Property was very close to town, easy to locate and was perfect for our group.
