• Tali (8/5): I understand the property is going through a change of ownership and keeping this in consideration. The agents were easy - Aesthetically the property was attractive. I absolutely love the faux timber tiled floor. Lots of light with big windows. Spacious. Although it appeared to be tidy, the property was not what I would regard as sufficiently hygienic. Quite dusty. Too many to mention. And one hideous issue with the toilet room. Which was dealt with immediately by the agent when I complained.

• Elizabeta (6/5): Great location, clean property but needs some work so that all facilities can be utilised and some more thoughtful touch - - It was clean - the bedrooms were a good size - electric blanket in the beds are a great touch and thoughtful - the kitchen and fridge were clean - it’s very close to town - The WIFI on the main tv does not work so we couldn’t watch a movie or play music off YouTube for example - The bathroom is nice however there is some mould on the ceiling just above the shower head next to the vent that should be looked at and addressed it looks quite bad - The spa bath we could not use at all because the actual water spout is disconnected from the wall and there is not silicone or anything to keep it there, this would have been easily observed when cleaning it so I am not sure why this hasn’t been fixed as it’s extremely heavy and a major safely hazard, due to the weight it could hurt someone’s leg or foot if it fell directly on them when sitting in the bath other than that we didn’t quite get what we paid for which was disappointing - the electric fireplace, I’m not sure if it’s there just for show because it’s very pretty but does not actually provide any heat so I am not sure if that might need to be looked at - Having to take your rubbish with you and find bins at the top of the road to dispose of the rubbish takes away from the feeling of being on a holiday - There are a huge amount of mosquitoes especially where the carport is and because guests would be unaware of this, having a supply of insect repellent and potentially citronella candles would be helpful and thoughtful too to your guests. I’d say on your part this could be considered unforeseeable if it’s only due to the weather but we experienced both extremely warm weather and extremely cold weather over the weekend and the mosquitoes were extremely present the entire time - For the amount paid being supplied only a tiny baby size carton of milk and a little coffee and sugar is ok but not great, it would be more attractive to guests if you are wanting them to return in future by potentially providing some tea and biscuits things like that come across extremely thoughtful on your part and I know people generally appreciate these little touches
• Simon (1/5): Bad - No hot water, TV did not work in bedroom and spa area. Contacted owner regarding hot water, no response. Had to leave early as the lack of TV/hot water made.the stay very uncomfortable. Not worth the money I paid. No hot water, after one spa bath was not able to shower the remaining time.
