Loads of room in the house and gardens, easy to get to town The extensive list of rules felt a little unwelcoming and heavy handed. It made us disproportionately anxious that we might do something to upset the owners even though we are considerate guests!

Having all amenities nearby and being close to town and the lake view are definite perks. However, the downside of only having one bathroom for four rooms could be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it sounds like a pleasant stay.
