- Anonymous (8/5): Pretty good - Left roller door doesn't roll up.motor was not functioning.which meant house is not locked. Ensuite shower taps are due for washers.had to turn really hard to stop shower dripping otherwise all was good.

- Matthew (9/5): Family holiday near the beach - Great dog friendly property, close to Sawtell village and great for families. The house has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again

- Morgan (10/5): The stay was perfect for our need and had everything we wanted and needed we had lots of fun - we were easy walking distance from the main road where all the shops were so we could just walk up and grab lunch or dinner, we were also easy walking distance from the beach which was perfect as it was so hot finding the keys to get into the house was confusing as on the booking.com app said that i had to pick up the keys from mcgrath i went there and they told me that they were in a lock box at the house which was frustrating, it should have been more clear

- Beehag (5/5): a little dissappointed the heating situation could not have been dealt with - We selected this property for the Location and size to accomodate the people we had coming. We have hired the property Twice before and found it very appropriate for our needs After getting the keys we were Informed that the R/C aircon Downstairs was not Operating. I was informed it should be Fixed the next Day. [OK by Us]. The unit was then condemned and I was informed by a phone call tuesday it would not be replaced Till July. There Was no offer of backup heater or alternative Heating for Downstairs [Upstairs Has Central heating but it Doesnt descend down the stairs HOT air rises Apparently]. I Had a Conversation with McGrath real estate the lady said she would talk to owners about a Refund of some description. AS yet 1 month Later nothing has been done! The House is great for our needs. Town facilities Just 500 m Down the Road. Our sport facility just a 5 Minute Drive away. Enjoyed the stay just a little bit cool watching TV and relaxing

Airconditoning was welcome due to weather.
Dual TV/lounges and the number of games available.enabled separate program watching.
Outside dining and garden.
Walking distance to beach, Sawtell shops. Garage was not easy to access due to width between posts .

Plenty of room for our group A couple of our group are coffee fiends and were disappointed there wasn’t a coffee machine
