- Kylie (7/5): This property has loads of potential with a little tlc and updating from the owners. - The house was a perfect layout and the location was brilliant. The house had a selection of appropriate equipment. The microwave in the kitchen was broken. The house needed a good clean. The fans were filthy. There was only a small aircon in the media room, a luxury property would generally have air conditioning. The main large bedroom only had a queen bed and the other two large rooms only had double beds, again a luxury rental would generally have a king and queens in the other rooms. My two tall adult sons slept in the king singles and put a child each in with their mums in the double beds.
