• Eileen (8/5): STAY IN MUDGEE - The home was extremely clean ....great location ..an easy walk to shops., cafes & restaurants.. had a little information table which was very informative......there was AC in the living room & bedroom ...... a big back yard with bbq for entertaining run kids around our a dog ... 2 toilets separate from shower comfortable bed Relaxing country home The shower was a bit dated An upgrade would be a great addition.... also there was no top sheet and being quiet warm the duvet , which was a great winter one was too much .... I like a top sheet 😄 Also with this property there's only partial refund if you cancel after booking .....we were to go to the rodeo but it was cancell so we would have been 280 out ...
• Michelle (10/5): Cute cottage with all the facilities needed for a group stay - Location was great. Easy walk to shops and eateries. Our group was four adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and get ready to attend a wedding. Comfy beds. Great kitchen facilities. The weather was cold and the bathroom and toilet area was a little hard to heat.

• Sarkis (8/5): The cottage was clean, comfortable, in a great location. Very good Value. - Location was great. The cottage was clean and comfortable WI-FI was non existent. I think if you are going to advertise you have wi-fi upgrade your plan or change providers to get a better service.
• Pamela (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient. - The house is spotlessly clean and larger than we imagined. The backyard is huge and has a large undercover area so we could sit outside and have a cup of tea while our two miniature schnauzers had a run. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was very secure and private, no gaps for little dogs to get under and freshly mowed. It is a perfect place to stay in when travelling with four-legged companions. There is an extra toilet outdoors, so that would be very handy when staying with larger groups. The parking is offstreet and behind gates, so safe and secure. It is on the highway so the traffic noise starts early, although it was quiet during the night and didn't keep us awake and we slept well. The school is opposite so cars coming and going for drop off and pick ups but only for a short period. These are more observations, the positives far outweigh any negatives and we did have a very enjoyable stay.

• Prandy (5/5): Passable - Location No top sheets. Never had that happen before. Too many floor levels and husband had a fall ending up at Mudgee Hospital with a bleed on the knee. The variances in floor levels should have been stated for older people

Minor patch of white paint/powder coming off wall in master bedroom. Curious to know what the electronics box high on the front porch is?
