Guest Reviews
- Tracy (5/5): - Property was big enough to accommodate 5 ladies with each having own bedroom. Side shrubs require cutting back so to not scratch car.
Power to kitchen tripped for no apparent reason.
Noise could be heard from upstairs bedroom on roof (maybe possums) all night.
Constant check in with property host.

- Kevin (5/5): - Good for large group.
Quiet location.
Plenty off street parking.
Good supply of plates, cups etc.
Late checkout, great. Couldn't get in carport without bushes rubbing both sides of car.
Driveway is rough, stopped part way in and had to use 4wd to start moving.
Uneven to even walk up to patio.
Lawns and garden untidy.
No comment about dishwasher not working.
Small tv.
Couches need replacing.

- Gayle (6/5): Plenty of room in house, nice area. - Air conditioner in lounge area didn’t cool.
House had cobwebs inside & some mould on walls.
Branches along driveway need pruning, scraping car.

- Patrick (8/5): Great place for our stay, mainly indoors due to heat. Very comfortable. - Plenty of space for 6 adults. Room to spread out and find private reading spots. Excellent facilities, utilities, everything you might possibly need was there. Good location, 1 km from main street, but walkable. Bush setting, lovely bird sounds incl. kookaburras each morning. Extremely clean inside, nice linen and towels. The downstairs air con struggled with 34 degree heat, and upstairs wasn't working. The exterior and grounds a bit scruffy but interior was beautifully clean. Neighbour sensitive to any noise at night. Driveway a bit tricky, quite steep, with loose gravel.
- Markandwilma (8/5): Wedding weekend - Large comfy beds, large bedrooms, great upstairs relaxation space, serene location, attentive thoughtful host. Small bathrooms, limited parking,
- Anthony (8/5): Accommodation was well located and all rooms were clean and well serviced. Well equipped kitchen. - Central location. Individual clean rooms for our group. Considerate host who was responsive. Property is a little dated but clean and well serviced.

Easy to navigate to house and between house and CBD/ attractions.
Choice of games and activities supplied in upstairs rumpus room good.
The check-in and check-out was simple. Signage out the front of the property to help distinguish where it is located would be useful.
- Nicole (10/5): A large quiet retreat to use as a base to enjoy Healsville - Carol the host was very responsive with detail via text and emails on how to arrive at the home. She was an excellent host. The house is huge and really comfortable for large groups. The beds were really comfortable.
- Brenda (1/5): Very disappointed and angry at having to pay a premium price for a very run down property - The only thing was the location Very run down shabby property. Unsafe stairs to the deck and gate post rotten. Unsafe as no handrail to top part of the stairway- unable to be used by most of our group. BBQ in bad repair and some inside furnishings stained
