• Guilherme (10/5): A perfect stay in Maresias cozy, spotless, well located, and equipped with everything we needed. - We had a wonderful stay at Maresias Beach Cottage. The house was extremely cozy, spotless, and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It had all the amenities and utilities we needed for a relaxing stay — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was another highlight: excellent and convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, while still offering peace and privacy. It was the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. You can really see the care and attention the hosts put into the property. Everything was organized, functional, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Maresias!
• Alison (8/5): Relaxing! Very easy to entertain the kids and get out to play. I would absolutely stay here again. - The convenience of this property made it a great choice for our young family. There were plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy, and the pool was especially well-suited for little ones. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen was particularly enjoyable to cook in. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, and the security added an extra layer of ease. Being able to walk straight across the street for beach access without worrying about parking was a huge bonus. The only slight challenge was the cool, damp humidity in the evenings, likely due to the season and the cabin’s proximity to a bog. The moisture in the air increased overnight, making the back room less comfortable to sleep in during our last couple of nights, but it seemed to be a natural environmental factor rather than anything within the host’s control.
• Leysianne (8/5): - Localização boa praticamente um quarteirão da praia, melhor parte da praia em questão de privacidade, condomínio muito organizado com atrativos para crianças, housing bem equipado, vista verde maravilhosa no quarto, chuveiro agradável e banheiro espaçoso, o fato de ter maquina de lavar e lava-louças facilitou a estadia. Anfitrião prestativo, auxiliou com várias dicas extras. No final de semana e alta temporada tem equipe de montagem de cadeiras e guarda sol na praia. Excesso de decorações no housing que dificulta o monitoramento de crianças pequenas
• Patrícia (10/5): - O condomínio é rodeado por verde e tem uma pegada mais rústica, traz uma sensação de acolhimento e paz. Renova as energias! Em relação às acomodações, não temos o que reclamar. Não sentimos falta de nada. Ela é completa, tem todos os eletrodomésticos que costumamos usar no dia a dia, são novos e o mais importante, funcionam. Tem cadeiras de praia, guarda-sol, brinquedos...É aconchegante e tudo de muito bom gosto. É próximo de comércio, barzinhos, e da praia. E o anfitrião foi muito solicito e nos deu suporte em tudo que precisamos. Os funcionários do condomínio são ótimos também. E não posso esquecer da área de lazer que é maravilhosa! Ahhh roupa de cama tamanho padrão não serve na cama de casal, procurem ver o tamanho com o anfitrião. Gostamos de tudo!

• Ketty (10/5): Dias de descanso e conforto pertinho da praia - Ótima localização, bem equipado e tudo funcionando direitinho. Edu, o host, muito prestativo e gentil. O secador não encaixa na tomada do banheiro (precisava ser a de 20 amperes) mas o Edu disse que já está providenciando!
