• Adele (7/5): Well appointed and positioned home. Great garden for relaxing in . Comfortable house. - Spacious property. Great location. Only 2 sofas for a place that sleeps 8! Doesn’t compute. Not enough lounge furniture.
• Joe (7/5): Amazing house, facilities lacking - The house layout and architecture was brilliant. Really love the design. The location is also brilliant. The facilities were slightly lacking. The main downstairs bathroom is shower-over-bath. There is very little pressure and for some reason no shower curtain, so the floor is always wet. Would recommend taking the bath out and putting in a large modern shower in its place. Also, we had 7 staying and it's a bit light on plates, glasses and cutlery etc for that number of people, as well as seating for dining and lounge. Also recommend putting in a smart TV, which even without WiFi might at least enable people to stream from their phones.

• Yvonne (6/5): Lots of potential but missing details for the cost - Property is in an excellent location. Big house, plenty of room, nice gardens. Plenty of firewood supplied. Good communication from property manager for accessing the property and responsive to issues during our stay. Over priced for the maintenance and facilities of the property. Should be priced lower or a variety of items fixed/ supplied: TV only has one channel. ( not a smart TV) DVD player supplied but not working. Fire flue partially blocked. Stove hob difficult to use without quick start guide instructions and wall switch is loose. Not enough fire starters supplied. Furniture in downstairs living space needs to support total occupants. Upstairs huge main bedroom needs more furniture- small sofa or two chairs with table Washing basket needed (an indoor hangar was also missing- supplied on request over the weekend - wet winter weekend with kids and near the beach...)

My sisters and some of their husbands had the rooms downstairs. They did say the shower bath needed a curtain or glass panel as water went everywhere and that there was black mould around the shower area.
• Tayla (7/5): A lovely place for a weekend getaway with the family. - The location was great for our event at the White Elephant Cafe. There is a walkway between the properties to easily get to the beach and walking path. High ceilings and big window areas makes the place feel spacious. There is a lovely gazebo area at the front of the house to enjoy the beautiful weather we experienced. The property was well presented, however some closer attention to detail needs to be taken regarding the cobwebs on the ceilings and in corners.
• Vikki (6/5): We had a great stay. Especially the proximity to the beach. - House was as described.Great location, fire place warmed things up quickly. Nice new BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. Windows in lounge area needed cleaning a lot of cobwebs throughout house. Black mould in downstairs bathroom and very low water pressure.
• P (6/5): Pleasant - Location 1. Party of 8 for 4 nights and 5 days however no additional towels. 2. Travelled in Winter with kids and 3 out of 5 rooms did not have a heater. 3. Property cleanliness - hair visible on bathroom wall. Cobwebs 4. Laundry/ toilet on ground floor allows air from ourside to blow in. We had to place clothing on the ground to block cold air coming into the house. 5. Rain water comes in from the wooden door leading to the bbq area causing a potential slip hazard.

• Michelle (10/5): We had a most enjoyable stay and will certainly like to return to the house in the near future. - Loved the breakfast hamper that was beautifully packed in the fridge on our arrival. Loved the location of the house due to been a short distance from the beach. Loved the area, the house was located in. Nothing to dislike. We were worried about the laundry door. The wood panel is coming away from the main door. The upstairs bathroom window rubber was coming away from the fly screen. The sink plugs in the kitchen need to be replaced because they leak. Just a few things for future repairs . Other than that the house is fantastic.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Lots of spider webs in ground floor toilet and Landry, rubbish left in bin in kitchen, small liquid soap bottles in bath rooms seem to have soap and something inside bottles like they had cotton wool inside as well. I agree it’s great to save water , but shower pressure was very bad and a drizzly flow The house and location great place to stay Thanks

• Bronte (8/5): Nice beach house. - Great location, walking distance to the beach! Great fireplace and rustic vibe. Spacious house and modern kitchen. Just needs a bit of a deep clean.
• Imesh (9/5): Lovely place and location. - Lovely location enjoyed the stay ... specially firewood area was comfortable. One of the double room and single rooms didnt have heaters inside the room it would be lovely if they could arrange heaters to the rooms .
