• dafna (10/5): - This is an incredibly beautiful house with a giant balcony and amazing views of Emu bay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and there are even some fun family games. The bathroom only had hand soap. No soap/body wash /shampoo. This normally wouldn't be a problem but with the closest grocery store being in Kingscote this was a little annoying. Other than that all was perfect.

• Susan (9/5): Lovely spot in beautiful Emu Bay! We enjoyed the setting and viewing the wildlife. Convenient location to KI sites and a - Beautiful views with koala and echidna in the backyard! Comfortable and roomy for four people. Needs some outside lounge chairs or sofas on the deck. Dishwasher a bit smelly.

• Lina (9/5): Superb - The house is spacious and clean. It has a beautiful ocean view. Wild koalas and Kagaroo can be spotted near the house. The kitchen is well equipped. It will be better if ishower gel and shampoo are provided.
• Pru (2/5): Would not deal with this agent again - The property was well appointed with views of the ocean We were unable to arrive on the day of our booking as the Sealink ferry broke down. Despite numerous attempts to communicate about a possible refund, we were completely ignored. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Maybe it was there but couldn't see it. The air con in the lounge room did a good job though. Other than that small thing we loved the house.

• Parth (10/5): Perfect place for family - Amazing views from the balcony and spacious living room. Everything was available at property. However, places you wish in KI are far off from this location (30 to 45 mins)
• Laura (6/5): Great stay, however it could do with a bedding refresh and deep clean. - The location and view were excellent. We especially loved being able to see koalas in the nearby trees! The cleanliness of the property wasn't up to scratch. There were lots of stains on the mattress protectors and pillows. The kitchen needed a good sort through and update. Whilst the bathrooms were clean, the overall property needed a deep clean. The bedrooms were very small compared to the size of the living area.
• Frank (10/5): Seas the Day delivers a quiet, comfortable holiday, sea views and all that Kangaroo Island offers. - The location of Seas the Day was ideal. It was quiet, comfortable and just a pleasant drive into Kingscote. It was like a home away from home as we have lived with a wood heater and tank water for over 40 years. The house is large and all you would need for an average family with a huge deck and large indoor living area. Plenty of beds for everyone. Emu Bay is a great place to have a break. Nothing!

Place freezing We attempted to go down to the beach from the back without success. Exhaust stained with oil We informed the manager Christine about the cleaniless of the place and no action taken.

It was really peaceful which was so good. The host was so thorough sending a lot of info before the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

• Burkhard (9/5): Superb - We were overwhelmed by the house and the beautiful setting. Next time we would plan for staying more days and just relax the house and the great view to the ocean. Going for a run we met kangaroos on the meadow uproad. Great!
• Yvonne (8/5): Mostly great - We loved the well stocked kitchen and large living area. The beds were not suitable for our comfort. The bathroom was quite small for size 14. We had to do a couple of repairs in order to use the property to full purpose. The key safe was difficult to open.
