Jacquelyn (8/5): Very good - Furniture is old. Cane is starting to fall apart. Bad spider webs along window edge that leads out onto the balcony. Everything else was pretty good.
Matthew (8/5): Very good - Good location and nice view from the balcony. Easy access to the water and esplanade. Floor to ceiling balcony windows were very dirty, had to clean them.
