Deb (8/5): Great option for a big group, but need to do better with the cleaning - Lots of space, open layout, close to the beach, quiet location, plenty of parking Downstairs floor was dirty on arrival and likewise, coffee table, kitchen bench, fridge weren't cleaned properly. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have no A/C, fans only
