Kristin (8/5): very good - We liked the location. Beds were really comfortable, and the house was very clean. Everything was great except that we had no hot water upon returning from the mountain after skiing for the day. Maybe some detailed instructions about the gas bottles and how to switch them over would have been helpful. This possibly should also be checked before you have guests arrive. Everything was neat and tidy however the carpet is getting a bit worse for wear.

We sent an email to notify but have had no response. - Location, a lot’s space for a big family or a group Separate living zones upstairs was good. Nice views Heater in kids area was not working. Front entry light was not working Couch and floor dirty Dining table, fridge door, dishes, glass dirty Outside entertaining area full of leaves
